Very impressive company and grill
First grill i have bought in 20 years. I was attracted to Monument by the good looks and features. I am just as pleased at how easy in was to assemble and use. Dont think i will get much from the lighted knobs but the temp probes and digital temp reading is very useful. The grill heats up quickly and the cast iron grates are good for searing and great quality. Packing was first class. Well done Monument!

Ok let’s start with what I thought I was purchasing which was the 605 pro without all the stuff you got from the monument website. Lol it’s not it’s the 605 a or d so you didn’t get stainless bottom or Wi-Fi or the infrared burners. I honestly thought that was what I was getting and just needed to replace some parts to get the pro well lesson learned lol. First burnoff didn’t go well but it was also truly cold outside in the low forties and didn’t wait long enough for it to get truly hot enough. But second time I used I cooked it was in the fifties and temp was allot higher. Easily into the 600 degrees so happy about that. I set up the rottesieie to do two chickens and the cook was great. Please if your going for the denali 605 pro make sure that you get that one I not the way I went. I will continue to use this bbq hopefully it will do all I want without the infrared burners

Less than a year and it’s rusting and NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
I was very excited to purchase a new grill and this one seemed to tick all the boxes. It was easy to put together and I was happy initially. HOWEVER, after a few month of normal usage and the grill being covered when not in use, it started to badly rust , first on the flame covers and now it’s extending into the interior of the fire box. I called Monument to activate it’s warranty only to find out rust isn’t covered. Seemed odd since what else could happen to a grill, but rust and electrical issues. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENT YOU STAY CLEAR OF THIS BBQ..also, i would like to mention is flairs up A LOT! I will be now replacing this tin can with a grill that can actually hold off rust for more than a few months.

Quality, stern and peak window
What an awesome BBQ, cooking time with gas and no more concerns about under cooked meat or high flames, conversion kit was easy so was smoke box and rottiserie rod/motor!! Easy to clean!!!The window to see inside, no concerns about high flames.

I’ve had this grill a few months now and absolutely love it. The boxes and protective packaging used were impressive. I had to call customer service to find box 1 of 2, as they shipped separately. Customer service was quick and friendly. It was simple enough to assemble and the functionality is great. I like that there’s options for additional accessories too. Well worth it.

Built solid to last.
Easy to assemble. Large removable grease tray and bottom pan for easy cleaning. I like the Bluetooth temperature app with meat probe. Glass front enables viewing with out opening. Heats up fast. I purchased a griddle insert (sold separately) for smash burgers.
