How to install the case
1. Please find the 4 clips for top cover and 4 clips for bottom cover.
2. Please attach the bottom cover at the hinge location first. There are 2 clips to seure the back side of bottom cover.
3. Apply gentle force to the 2 clips at the front side of bottom cover.
4. Please attach the top cover at the hinge location first.
5. Apply gentle force to snap on the top cover.

Perfect fit, adds protection with great looks BUT
Perfect fit for my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro minus a VERY small spot on the corner that didn’t get trimmed correctly but hardly effects the fit and function what so ever. They can definitely be a little tricky to get on proper but if you look at the design you can figure it out without much effort. They can be VERY fragile though so put them on with intention when you figure out the proper orientation.With the matte black you will ABSOLUTELY see finger prints from time to time but doesn’t take too awful much effort to buff them off.This is my second and after the first one cracked over time I ended up getting a slip case that my laptop with THIS case goes into and haven’t had a single problem since

Durable, Matte, and Color Accurate
Itâs a great value for your money. Durable and elegantly designed. (People have come up to me in the library just to tell me how cool it is and where I bought it from!) The color looks exactly like the pictures, wine red as wine can go. Itâs as protective as you would a normal macbook case, like a sensible customer, don’t subject it to harsh movement or it will scratch, but then again that is the purpose of the case.The matte finish is as matte as can be. It takes a stupendously oily hand to make it shine, itâs incredible and waterproof!If you need to clean it from hand prints (if you managed to even get some on it) a wipe of water will do.

Softens Sharp Edges of 2020 Macbook Pro Update
I purchased this cover not to protect my laptop from scratches, but to protect my hands from the sharp edges of the 13 inch MacBook Pro that I recently bought. I called Apple to complain about the sharpness of the edges, especially around the vents on the bottom of the computer. They recommended this particular cover for the A2251 MacBook Pro model I have. I was a bit skeptical I would find a cover that was a perfect fit, but I was pleasantly surprised. This cover does the trick. I chose the crystal clear one and it arrived without any flaws or scratches. It is easy to snap onto and off of the computer, but still fits securely. It has a nice feel to it and makes the laptop a lot more comfortable to handle. I am 100% satisfied.Now that I have had this cover for 8 months I feel compelled to write an update about its lack of durability. I have removed the cover because it is cracking, creating sharp edges and corners. For the price I paid, I am not willing to replace it every 6-8 months. It’s a nice fit, but won’t last.

I never write reviews but I wish I did not waste my money on this low quality item. I bought it to protect my MacBook and it chipped so now the edge of my MacBook is not protected. A while back I bought a similar case (diff brand) and it lasted so long. This case is also sheer/see through. I did not like the color that much but itâs fine I put up with it. One day I was setting it down on *carpet* (didnât drop it just held it on itâs side so as if it was standing on the edge) and it chipped just from me setting it on itâs side for a sec. I bought it over the summer, itâs now beginning of the fall semester, too late to return and no way to contact seller. Wasted my money and no way to have them send me a new one or refund me, have to buy a diff one. Donât be like me find a diff brand.
