Easy Setup and Overall Great Product
Only having the computer less than a few hours, I’ll break it down from what I have experienced so far.Packing and shipping: Product comes well protected and inside of system is packed with protection foam to prevent damage to critical components. Getting it out of the box is a little tricky, due to all the protection foam, but well worth it, since the price paid for a pre-built gaming computer.Setup: The quick guide is easy to understand and follow and setup is a breeze.Noise Level: Once it was started up, the fans are super quiet and very powerful to ensure the computer components stay within operating requirements. I definitely recommend getting in the habit, if you have animals, to check the front of computer daily, because it was pulling some stray dog hair and dust quickly and could led clogging up the system, causing overheating, just like an HVAC system.Looks:Not really concern with the changing colors on the fans, but it does give a nice ambiance to the system. The sleek design is great and the logo changing color with the fan is great. The tower is tall, so make sure if you are storing in a desk tower cabinet that it will fit. For me, it is pretty tight, and there are fans on the top that need adequate airflow.Storage Capacity: I haven’t had time to reinstall all my gaming apps and games yet, but system contains more than enough storage capacity for any of the large gigabyte games out there. If you like a lot of different games and run out of storage space, there are extra slots to install additional drives for extra storage and plenty of USBs for external storage drives and not having to unplug critical gaming equipment you would want.Graphics and Gameplay: So far, system runs very well for the games I play, to many to list and not really had time try it out on all of them yet. The AMD Radeon system does allow you to change and find out what works best for you and the game you’re playing, but it does take a little time to set those parameters and you can set differently for each game you play. There is no setup guide for this, so unless you have extensive computer knowledge, it’s basically trail and error to setup the quality of graphic performance on your game.Overall, wonderful and well put together product for the price for those who don’t know enough what is needed to build the ultimate gaming computer or don’t have the mega bucks to spend on any top of the line computer components to build one from the ground up. For the price you pay, and quickness that the seller gets them out, it’s worth it. I haven’t had to reach out to their customer service yet, but other reviews stated that their very helpful, so that’s a plus when I will need them.

Perfect for first timers
If you dont know or want to built your own pc this is the way to go. Got a second opinion from someone who builds them on the side and this is a good one. So far everything runs smoothly and assembling was ease. Speed is great just dont forget to instal the antennas like I did XD Only complaint is that I didnt realize I didnt have to unscrew the back like the paper mentions. Side panel pops right out

I have been using this pc for around a month and it has not had any issues with any games or work Iâve used it for. Strong pc great for gaming and work. Took a while to get delivered and was delayed a few times though so expect that.

It was actually really good! I never expected it to run as smooth as it did. As of now I have ran into any problems yet. The PC runs pretty smooth at a lot of games on ultra graphics. 100% worth it imo! Ps: I have already had it for almost a month, and still no problems 🙂

Got off to a bad start, finished strong, still going after 6 months…
…Computer arrived with a series of Windows updates PENDING, over 4 hours worth… Then, it was missing 4 crucial .dll files… (Since my original computer was dead, could not contact customer service)…Hours of searching online finally led me to Microsoft, where I found a self-installing program that installed just about every .dll file ever made for Windows computers… That did the trick… Works fine now, pretty machine too, faster than the Ryzen 7 of mine that died.. Arrived a day earlier than projected… Had it not been for the hassle I went through, would have been 5 stars……Having searched the internet for an MXZ Gaming website, and only found online MXZ “stores” on other sites like Ebay and NewEgg, , and read other customer experiences in this matter of non-existent MXZ Gaming Customer Support, I’d advise caution when purchasing one of their products… So far, Mine is working fine now after the initial trials and tribulations, and I will update this review in six months, or sooner if any issues develop… So far, 4 out of 5 stars still……*6 Month Update: Had a fan or two rattle a bit, got stuck some as well.. Blast of canned air or a “System Reset” takes care of this so far… Still giving it 4 of 5, largely because MXZ gaming has no website, as stated in the card it came with. You’d have to do any returns thru the seller at whatever site you bought it from. Still, a really good computer, however…
