Awesome grill 15 year warranty!
This is a really high-quality grill that is well put together and does everything. It says it will do.My version has the cast-iron cooking grates that I really like a lot. Fire this bad boy up and it gets quickly into the searing range of temperatures drop your meat on and hear that beautiful sizzle and youâre off to the races. I really like the range side burner as we like to use it as an extension of our cooktop.I couldnât be more happy with this grill and this was by far the best price I could find on it.

Good Quality Grill
We bought this Napoleon Rouge grill to replace the Weber Spirit grill that we used for several years. We bought the natural gas version and it came in an amazingly well constructed carton. Assembly was much simpler than the Weber because most of the top of the grill is pre assembled in the box. I used the suggested assembly app to easily guide me step-by-Step. You can zoom in or even rotate on any part you want. The stand part is easily assembled and the only difficulty is lifting the heavy top assembly onto the stand. Most all the materials seem much sturdier than the Weber did. I am hopeful that the quality materials will translate into many years of service.The only con of this grill (and it is truly minor) is that the grease drip pan assembly seems cheap compared to the high quality of the rest of the grill. Admittedly, all it has to do is hold a little grease pan though.I recommend that you order the Napoleon grill cover. It fits very well and is easy to use. BTW I also hired a gas plumber to install the supplied quick disconnect fitting on my gas line as I do not take chances with natural gas. He also checked all fittings for leaks but found none.

A very high quality grill
I have three of this model, in 3 or 4 burner configuration. I love the high BTU output, hotter than the other quality BBQs made by other firms. The igniters are robust and light first time. I have assembled all three myself, it takes about two hours each. Just follow the pictures. Somewhat tiny, flimsy wheels that work well only on a paved surface. I added 6 â roller casters instead and it is easier to roll around. If kept in one place, not an issue. I really like the Napoleon qualities and solid burners, flame spreaders and grill. Flame control is quite accurate. Good quality thermometer on the lid. I have both propane and natural gas versions. They are equivalent

Great grill for the price
1 Month Update – June 21 – Have been using this beauty regularly! Itâs a great grill, temperature is very easy to control. Have grilled everything from chicken, Flank Steak, Veggies and fish perfectly. Definitely follow the instructions and coat with oil a few times. Allow burn in so nothing is sticking and enjoy your summers with family and friends!!!I ordered the natural gas version and it arrived quickly and the packaging is definitely in the top 5 BEST! It was double boxed and all the parts were marked clearly. Was worried about assembly after reading others reviews but it took me 45 min from start to first fire! If you pay attention itâs easily a one man job, I did it myself. Think of IKEA direction for a grill LOL. All pictures. Great quality, only had it a few days but will update if any issues this summer.

False advertising
We purchased this Neapolitan grill based on solid online reviews. Â I was very disappointed when I paid close to $800 for a grill that didnât come with a cover. ??? This is a step above Webber? Not in my opinion. How can you spend 160 on a charbroil Home Depot or ace hardware grill and receive a grill with a quality cover.Â

This is a very well made unit
I had the two burner older unit from this company for 15 years. Left outside with no cover and never failed to light. Basically never did anything to it. Wanted more heat so went with the new 3 burner one in all black. Good metal and the wave grate is fantastic for small burgers. It lights easily and I have mine in a windy area so the linked burners make sure a wind blow out auto reignites if at least one burner is still going. The thermometer is robust and putting in LPG tank is easy. Front doors close positively with a strong magnetic catch It gives off a lot of heat. Excellent grill.

La qualité du produit est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Demande une adaptation pour trouver le bon niveau dâintensité de chaleur à utiliser mais nâest quâune question de sâhabituer.
