Easy on the Eyes
I love this product! it is very gentle around your eye area and it will also remove other make-up. I use it at least four times a week and have nothing but good things to say about it. No smell and no greasy feel after use.

Works Great and a Good Value
I’ve been using this product for years. It’s the best one I’ve found at a reasonable price that will easily remove make-up, even waterproof mascara, without irritating my eyes or skin. It’s just a slightly bit oily, barely noticeable. I have no trouble putting in my contact lenses right after I use it.

Gentle and effective
This my favorite eye makeup remover. Pretty sure it’s the same formula as the old Clean and Clear one that I used for years. It’s gentle on my sensitive eyes and never burns. Leaves a little bit of an oily feeling, but it’s moisturizing rather than greasy. You gotta shake it up a little bit before using it, but this stuff works great for getting off waterproof formulas. Just put some on a cotton round and hold the pad down on your eyelid for a little bit before wiping off. It’s also worked really well for removing long-wear lipstick!

Good, But Not The Best
I’m actually a little disappointed! I remember this being one of my all-time favorite eye makeup removers from high school. I guess high school me didn’t know what she was talking about. That isn’t to say that this is terrible! It does work just fine, and I like it. I’ll break it down into three sections to elaborate:QUALITY: Neutrogena is my go-to company for skincare, generally speaking. Almost all of my products are from them. They’re easy to find, affordable, and generally work great. This gets a three star instead of a four star because I think it’s lower quality than the rest of their products. I’m just… not impressed. Why? Glad you asked! You see…FEEL: It’s oily. Oily, oily, oily. My skin feels like an oil slick after I’m done, honestly. This doesn’t matter THAT much because it’s removing eye make-up. I just really hate the feeling of it, and it feels sticky and heavy until I wash the rest of it off my lid. If your skin is prone to breakouts, I wouldn’t recommend this product. It’s funny, because it says it’s “oil-free”, but I swear it’s chock full! It feels awful! But…EFFICIENCY: Like I mentioned, it DOES get the job done in true Neutrogena fashion. If you’re okay with the discomfort of having an awful-feeling product leaving a gross residue on your eye… then I guess it’s worth it! I guess I’ll leave it at this: I WILL be using the entirety of the product, but I will NOT be buying it again. I’ll try something different next time. Oh, Neutrogena, you’ve let me down this time!

i enjoyed this product alot, granted i only received it yesterday. However, it easily removed my eye makeup (i wear alot of mascara) very easily, its non-greasy and it has no scent, which is a plus for me.

These stuff gets waterproof mascara and eyeliner off. No problems.. It can be a little greasy because it is oil based , but as a first cleanse it is perfect. I use it on my eyes and then follow up with a foaming face wash in the shower. All traces gone.
