Great dash cam!
Front/Interior Camera installation is easy, but be careful with the connection between the suction cup mount and the dash cam. There is no lock mechanism for them, so a harsh movement might cause them to come undone. The power line runs from the suction cup mount to your car’s auxiliary slot–therefore, disconnecting the dash cam from the mount will result in the camera powering off. I’m planning on using electrical tape to keep them together. The rear camera is also fairly easy to install, but not as easy as the front cam. You can attach it above the license plate with either a screw, or 3M tape (both are included). If you want to hide the cable completely, you will probably need to open the floorboard of your trunk, so make sure to have a screwdriver for that!Front and rear camera quality are very nice in the daytime. At night, the license plate sensor can be hit-or-miss, depending on lighting (e.g. a car is shining its blinds towards you). If a vehicle is speeding past you at night, there’s a pretty good chance that the camera will NOT focus on the license plate before losing sight of it. A wet windshield will further degrade the quality of the shot. If you are behind a car for a long enough period of time, the camera will be able to get a clear shot of the license plate, even if it is dark and rainy. The interior camera’s quality is fantastic. It has a very clear image, with or without lighting, thanks to its night vision feature. You can also adjust it vertically if you aren’t happy with the default angle. The MicroSD card can be formatted through the camera, no need to do it on your computer. Not a fan of the phone app. To access it, you have to connect your phone to an unusable Wi-Fi network the Dash Cam is hosting, and saving files to your phone doesn’t seem to actually save them to the phone–it saves them directly inside of the app. I could not find a way to transfer them out of it. If you want to archive footage without any headaches, I highly recommend you either A) Have a microSD slot you can use in your computer, or B) order a microSD adapter for your computer. The desktop app is VERY nice, having both high quality, and support for GPS history.All-in-all, I’m very satisfied with this dash cam! Sorry to say, but I won’t be providing any sample images. This is my second time writing a review for this product, and I think the images from my first review triggered Amazon’s community guidelines filter (The first review was completely erased, and I was unable to revise it).

Strong Offering from NexiGo, A+
Let me start by saying, I never take time to write reviews, but this Nexigo 3 Ch. dash cam rocks! Setting it up was a piece of cakeâliterally plug and play. Iâm no tech wizard, but within minutes, I had it mounted and recording my drives like a pro.The performance is spot on. The video quality is crystal clear, even in low light, which is great for those early morning commutes. The wide-angle lens captures everything I need to see on the road, so I feel safer knowing Iâve got it all on tape.Using it is super easy too. The UI is straightforward, and I can tweak settings without any fuss. Plus, it starts and stops recording with my car, so I donât even have to think about it.Built tough, too. It feels solid, handling bumps and whatever the weather throws at it without a hitch. If youâre looking for a dash cam thatâs simple to set up, works like a charm, and gives you peace of mind on the road, this Nexigo oneâs a no-brainer. Trust me, you wonât regret it!

Full featured dash cam
This dash cam was replacing an older single camera model. I was looking for something with a rear camera, and this one just happens to have the in-cabin/secondary front camera also.Installing this one took a little more effort than the old one, which is obviously to be expected with the extension cable run to the trunk. However there is a connector you can see in the one photo that is somewhat bulky and needs to be tucked into your headliner if you have the main unit mounted centrally like I do behind the rearview. It would be easier if you (or your passenger) didn’t mind the camera in the corner of the windshield and you could use the extra space under trim in the A-pillar to put it. With it’s size and my windshield being smaller, it took up too much space on the sides so I hid it next to the rear view. A suggestion to NexiGo might be to give a little more length on the extension to the connector so it could be hidden under the dash, or at least under some trim panels. Running the cable for the rear camera was easy enough if you’re comfortable removing the trim around your doors and trunk area to tuck the wire. The kit does come with a plastic non-marking tool to help tuck wires and pop off panels as needed. As far as usage, it was very easy to set up on the menus. The physical buttons were straightforward in their use, and I was able to run through the settings in a few minutes and get going. The in-cabin camera lets you either record your passengers, which would be especially good for something like Uber drivers. Or, you can swivel it forward and get a wide -angle view to go with the more zoomed in view out the windshield. Overall it recorded well and videos from all three cameras were clear and easy to view, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Honestly- THE BEST DASH CAM EVER! Easy of installation, an app that allows you to connect to it and pull the photos right off. Single wire installation for all 3 cameras, back to a single connector, and GPS LOCATION on on the watermarks. I’ve been using this camera about 2 months now and have already pulled the footage one time to help another motorist I witnessed get struck at an intersection. It was so simple to do it right there at the accident and email the photos saved to my iPhone. If you are looking for a TOP GRADE, EASY TO INSTALL, HIGH QUALITY dash cam solution…look no further than with this unit!!

NexiGo 3 Channel Dash Cam with Rotatable Interior/Front Camera, Sony_Sensors, Front and Rear with Cabin, 2K-1440P+1080P+1080P, Super Night Vision, 24hr Parking Mode, GPS, WiFi, G-SensorThis dash cam is pretty good in my view and I really like it. It competes at the mid-range of dash cams and comes out well. It is well made, comes with a 128Gb SD card to store video clips on, comes with a rear camera and wiring and also has a second camera up front that you can direct into the cabin if you wish. You can turn off / enable any views from the cameras via the app or on the camera itself. The app actually works pretty well, is intuitive and worked well on the iPhone I tested it on. The cam screen I thought was touch screen to begin with, but itâs not. This is no bad thing as the on screen menus are controlled by some buttons underneath the camera in line with the icons on screen. I found this arrangement worked very well for me.I like the fact that everything, except for a hard wire kit, is included to get you up and running and recording. You can see from the specs what you get and what quality it records in, but to me the footage looked very clear indeed. I have not hard wired it into my car yet as I am trying to find a hard wire kit to match, but I have tested the camera by hooking it up to a 12V DC power supply. The front cam is on the large size, but windscreen visibility should not be impaired as it is longer on the horizontal plane rather than the vertical so does not block view down the screen. It should be easy enough to tuck it up against the headlining or behind the rear view mirror. Please note: The field of view is quite wide, although my attached pictures donât show that as I had to crop them. My pictures are to show the quality only and were taken at the cameras lowest resolution.

This was my first dashcam, so I wanted to take a little extra time with it before writing a review. After testing it, I can absolutely say this is one excellent device. Though thereâs still a little room for improvement here and there, they really thought this design through and it shows.Build quality feels robust and substantial, while still being relatively lightweight. It has a small footprint and fits in nicely behind the rear view mirror without impeding visibility too much. The suction cup is excellent, and secures the unit very firmly. The only real issue is the power/camera cables. Itâll take some time and effort to get them hidden under the interior panels (and/or run to the rear of the car in the case of the rear camera). The screen is detailed, but squashed vertically. Navigation is straightforward, but I find the small buttons can sometimes be difficult to use. I wish they were a bit more visible. The menus are easy to see and interact with, offering a number of customizable options. Some, like picture-in-picture, however, arenât very practical on the small screen. I also find the PIP mode can create strange picture splits and artifacts on the recorded video files. The three-channel feed offers a lot of coverage and flexibility, and the internal camera could be especially useful for Uber drivers. Video quality is high, and the night vision functions beautifully. You can even rotate that interior camera to be front-facing, if you care to.The consequence of high video quality is that the files are correspondingly big. Each one minute video is 60-70 Mb, which will fill smaller cards quickly (especially if youâre running all three feeds simultaneously). Thankfully, a beefy 128 GB card is included with the camera. Recordings are stored in labeled folders, and are easy to access. You can also use the app to view them, but I generally found it easier to simply pop the card and copy the files to my laptop.Videos have the date/time automatically embedded, which is nice, but theyâre encoded with the HEVC codec (H.265) by default, which many media players canât handle (Windows Media Player wants to charge me $1.29 to download it). You can change the container to H.264 in the menu, but I find that only works with the front camera, for some reason. Regardless, the easiest thing to do is just download a free media player like VLC that will play the default files without issues. The cam has an available local WiFi network to connect nearby devices. I havenât been able to get internet access with it, but it allows you to pair phones and other devices to view files through the app. The app itself is lightweight and user-friendly with an intuitive interface. Since connection is so easy, you could even set up your tablet as a large-screen back-up cam, if you wanted to.The only major issue I have with the camera is the lack of an internal rechargeable battery. Instead, it uses a power cable that connects to your vehicleâs 12 V outlet (cigarette lighter to us old folks). It turns on when the car starts and powers down when you shut the car off. Some cars allow continuous drain from the outlet, however, so youâll need to unplug it if thatâs the case. On the other hand, you could bypass the outlet entirely and just use a USB power pack, which I found worked fine. It means not being able to use the rear camera, however, unless you happen to have a USB to 12V adapter for the power cable. All things considered, this is a heck of a dashcam. At $300, itâs a little pricey, but it also offers many more options and flexibility than more affordable devices. It never hurts to shop around a little, so it would be a good idea to compare your needs with the available features to determine what device would offer the best fit. That said, Iâve been very impressed with this unit and wouldnât hesitate to recommend it.My rating: 4.5 stars

This Nexigo 3-Channel dashcam records the footage in 2K resolution on the front camera, 1080p on the inside camera, and 1080p on the rear camera, and to be honest, this is more than I would ever ask for. This gives me a complete footage of my surroundings, both inside and outside the car. The dash cam also has several other features, including loop recording, G-sensor (this is a cool feature which will lock footage if it detects a collision – and in parking mode it will record if the car is bumped while it’s parked, thatâs so handy). The camera also has a pretty good night vision, even in low-light conditions, I can still get clear and detailed footage. It also has built-in Wi-Fi, so it can be easily connected to the smartphone using the dedicated Nexigo app, which is compatible with iphones and android phones. This allows to view and download the footage, as well as change settings and configure the dash cam. The dash cam requires occasional updates with new features and bug fixes, so I would recommend checking for updates every now and then. Also, please keep in mind that the dash cam requires a fast SD card with bigger capacity in order to record 2K footage seamlessly. I recommend using a card with at least 128GB of storage and make sure itâs a fast card (e.g.sandisk extreme). Also please keep in mind, the âloop recordingâ means that the dash cam will automatically overwrite old footage when the memory card is full, so to prevent loosing any footage it may be worth to dump it to the computer or phone from time to time.In the summary, it’s a good value for the price and it offers a lot of features that I would normally expect from a more expensive dash cams. So if you’re looking for a dash cam that can provide peace of mind and protect you in the event of an accident and document it I then highly recommend this NexiGo 3-Channel dashcam. Hope this helps.
High Voltage –
I’m thoroughly impressed with the NexiGo 3-Channel Dash Cam. It checks all the boxes with its dual front and rear-facing cameras, plus an optional backup camera. The built-in GPS locks on fast, ensuring no gaps in data during drives. I particularly appreciate the configurable LCD screen, which can display multiple channels or be shut off to minimize distractions while driving. The main camera, equipped with a Sony Starvis sensor, delivers excellent video quality, although the cabin and rear cameras produce slightly lower quality images in challenging lighting conditions.Installation was straightforward, and the camera feels durable and heavy-duty. The option to download footage directly from the phone app adds convenience, although some users may find the app slightly messy and frustrating to navigate compared to higher-end brands. Despite this minor drawback, the NexiGo 3-Channel Dash Cam offers excellent value for its price point, easily competing with more expensive models on the market. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comprehensive dashcam coverage without breaking the bank.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced dashcam.
