Blades sharp enough to nearly cut through nails
Be careful. These blades are sharper than razor blades. A friend grabbed the blade assembly to wash it not realizing they were so very sharp. He cut himself. – badly. Not deep enough for stitches but close to it. So use caution.The machine works very well and I would imagine with the blades being so very sharp they will stay so unless one grinds up nails or ice cubes. This is my second Ninja and I love the brand. My first Ninja lasted for years but someone dropped the plastic “pitcher” and it cracked. To buy a replacement the cheapest I could find on ebay was about $45.00. This model was on sale and was an improved version with lots of attachments. So decided to buy it. The quality of the Ninja is almost always very good. It blends fresh herbs very well and liquids are a snap. I have yet to try blending/grinding something hard like peanuts or pepper corns. No regrets other than the bandages on my friends finger. As a precaution, I have since wrapped the blades in paper towels to avoid another mishap.

You can NEVER go wrong with a Ninja anything in my eyes! To me they are wonderful appliances and for the price you are able to do so many different things! It makes preparing food so much easier especially because I don’t like to cook!

Honestly I can’t say enough about this product. I’ve been using it for several months now and I’m really impressed with the product so far. PROS: It’s incredibly versatile and well made. (in my opinion) It makes amazing peanut butter, awesome salad dressings, and smoothies that will make your mouth water!. CONS: Its a little noisy but not as bad as some of the other Ninja models. Cleaning the device can be a little tricky. The blender blades are INSANELY sharp, so you need to clean with care. Trust me, I found out the hard way!!

Compré este producto para uso doméstico y lo cierto es que sale sobrado. Está increíble todo lo que puedes hacer con ella. Solo tocar los materiales te das cuenta de la calidad de producto que tienes en las manos.Es mucho más grande que una licuadora tradicional.Está increíble como trituradora de hielo.Su diseño de seguridad está increíble. Es imposible tener un accidente con ella mientras la usas.El único punto negativo que lo soy y siendo muy quisquilloso… La tapa y las aspas afiladas son difíciles de limpiar. La tapa por toda esas pequeñas ranuras que tiene el empaque y las aspas porque están muuuuuy afiladas. Da miedo solo manipularlas fuera de la licuadora de tan afiladas que están.Sin duda alguna un producto que vale la pena comprar si es que usas licuadora de manera regular y quieres olvídarte de tener problemas con licuadoras durante una buena cantidad de años.
