I have never loved any other coffee pot. Had another Ninja for a couple of years until a power surge killed it. Switched to this one and we love it. Never had coffee taste so good with a home coffee pot. I love the different settings and the hot water option which is perfect for hot cocoa. And of course the frother is the cherry on top!

Just Go Ahead and Throw Away That Keurig!
When I found out about this, I was counting the days until my trusty Keurig broke. Finally the day came, and this replacement did not disappoint! First off, it’s enormous, but gorgeous, and really makes for a fine centerpiece at my coffee station. Easily accommodates the super-big thermos that I couldn’t fit in my Keurig. Very convenient accessories, with very helpful instructions for all us idiots. Suggested coffee/water quantity on the spoon/reservoir; beeps when it’s done; a locking feature to prevent leakage. I admit to missing my Keurig’s runoff trap, but that’s a small price to pay for a heating plate.And the variety of features and settings is fabulous. Of course, the single-serve cartridge is a little deep, which makes extracting my reusable K-cup a bit tricky to extract (Especially right after it’s been used and is boiling hot). But that’s a minor nitpick in the grand scheme of things. This is easily, EASILY, worth the slightly higher price tag than the big-name competitors, and is a steal compared to expensive “premium” coffeemakers of comparable quality.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID! GET THIS!

Perfect pot each time
Perfect pot each time.Used almost daily for several months. Never had a pot that had that bitter, over-extracted flavor, nor the weak-tea flavor of coffee that runs through too quickly.Love the open/close option so I can snag that first bold cup without making a mess.Love that I can swap out the k-cup bit to make a cup of tea that doesnât taste like old coffee.Love that itâs relatively compact.Love that the warmer isnât so hot that it scorches coffee.

Don’t gamble with your morning coffee
Disappointed with Renewed â Shouldâve Bought NewI took a chance on a renewed Ninja coffee maker, hoping to save a few bucks, but itâs been nothing but frustration. From the start, it brewed intermittentlyâsometimes it works fine, other times it just gives up halfway through the cycle or doesnât start at all. No error message, no clear causeâjust a gamble every morning when all I want is a reliable cup of coffee.I expected a refurbished product to be tested and reliable, but this felt more like a gamble than a deal. If Iâd known Iâd be dealing with unpredictable performance and zero peace of mind, I wouldâve invested in a brand-new unit. Buyer beware: a small discount isnât worth starting your day with brewing roulette.

Question whether this was tested after refurbishing
This was a refurbished purchase and unfortunately it didn’t make consistent brews, not even close. On the 8 oz setting and 4 tries, I got 2 oz, 7 oz, 5 oz and 4 oz. Returning this one, but I love the design of this coffee maker. Very close to the Ninja that I’ve had for almost 10 years. I’ve ordered the same coffee maker, but this time, I’m buying a new one. Fingers crossed.Update – received a brand-new Ninja, same make and model, and it works the same. I tested all settings without any coffee in the coffee maker. Over ice setting shows 8 oz on the dial but only delivers between 4 to 5 oz of liquid. I can only presume that is because it is over ice and the assumption is you’ll end up with about 8 oz of liquid as the ice melts. All other settings deliver amount of liquid as shown on the dial. The refurbished that I sent back might have been ok also had I known, or had the booklet mentioned how the over ice setting works. Still, love the coffee maker and will be keeping the new one.

This coffee pot was easy to set up and even easier to use. Easy to insert basket to switch to pods. Very happy with this one.

Todo parece estar bien. No la chequé, porque en la descripción dice: FILTRO DE METAL, y pensé que lo incluÃa, asà que lo tuve que comprar a Amazón. Finalmente, NO MANDARON EL SEGURO del recipiente del agua, ignoro si afecta su funcionamiento. Cuando la use, daré mi opinión definitiva. La entrega, súper bién, me llegó al dÃa siguiente de la compra. Embalaje deficiente, pero llegó bien.

Tiene funciones muy buenas que me ayudaron a despejar mi espacio de cafeteras, como los pods y la funcion de dar agua caliente, pero lo malo es que cuando elijo agua caliente del dipensador hace un salpicadero de agua por todos lados, lo mismo pasa al usar los pods, el agua no sale controlada, sale a chorro y moja al rededor. Es bonita, pero las funciones adicionales no estan controladas.
