I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend he absolutely loves this coffee pot. Love that he can make foam for his coffee. Makes coffee very fast timer works every time and being able to switch out one part to make k cups is great. Very hot coffee.

At first, reading all the great reviews I thought I had found an amazing deal on a great coffee pot. And for the first week it seemed to be true, but the first issue appeared quickly. I’m still not sure why but at times the water tank doesn’t seat properly and leaks profusely. This is so disappointing when you have preset a morning brew and walk in to a wet kitchen with no coffee.We decided to see if it was just our inability to set it right and keep trying to make it work. It didn’t. No matter how we set, pressed, or jiggled the tank it would still leak randomly.Then about 6 months into getting used to water tank roulette, it just died. It has a short somewhere. It will turn on but when you start a brew cycle it blinks back to a 1200 time and refuses to make coffee.We tried to love this coffee pot but it didn’t want to return that love.Sadly we cannot recommend this product (or maybe just the refurbished product from WOOT).

Didn’t realize “Renewed” and “Refurbished” were the same thing.
I did not realize I was buying a refurbished item. I was a little disappointed at first, but it has been working great for a couple of months now. I have used both the pod feature and the full pot feature. The froth mixer works, but I just don’t use it much. The scoop attached to the side of the pot is handy too. I purchased a reusable filter and I am very happy with the machine.

50/50 – One worked One didn’t
I love ninja products because they’re always great quality. I don’t know what happened here but I bought two and one of them did not work. The one that does work is absolutely wonderful and I love it. As far as the return goes I would have rather had an exchange, but it requires me to ship it back and buy a new one. If I wait for them to get it back and return my money, it could take up to two weeks maybe longer. Then I have to place my order again if they’re still in stock. Otherwise I have to front the cash and wait for the return. Just a reality of online purchases. This was an “EXCELLENGT” refurbished product so I knew there was a chance of failure.—– UPDATE… I live more than an hour from a UPS drop off center and the seller would/did not send a USPS LABEL. Amazon filed a claim for a full refund and I ordered another one for replacement. So…. not overly joyed, but aliexpress doesn’t have this model. :0)

Great for a renewed product
I was hesitant buying something that wasnât brand new but I wanted to save some money. Weâve had no issues so far and the product has worked great. One small plastic piece came broken but it wasnât a piece that is detrimental to the product and my husband glued it back on. Worth buying renewed and saving money because ninja products are built well.I saw a lot of reviews about people mentioning the missing spoon. The post clearly states it does not come with a spoon. We just use a regular table spoon to scoop our coffee and I donât think a spoon should be a deciding factor for a great product

Ninja Foodie air fryer, Ninja blender and now a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker. The company just makes stylish, functional, quality products that I am proud to own. This is an honest review. At this point, I would buy just about anything with the name. The attention to every detail is something most miss by a long shot. Not Ninja products. First arrived with a broken carafe which I could hear in the box. I returned it and replaced. 2nd one was like brand new! We had the original Keurig single cup and it was on last legs by the sound of it, but wanted the option to make a pot too. Frothier is an added bonus we will probably never use. Refurbished to the 10th degree and we would never know. If you want an awesome product at about half the price this is it!

Not sure why it has bad reviews – I like it much better than Keurig. Never used that arm on the side, but I brew 4-6 cups daily. I have it over two years now without malfunction. Descaling is easy – it takes over an hour, but you just run it and forget about it. It does a bit at a time and then lets it soak.Coffee tastes great. It could be a tad hotter for my taste, but Iâm not complaining. I use the 8oz rich coffee setting.I bought another pot for tea. I run one empty turn between switches to get any residue out (coffee to tea or tea to coffee).
