The filter system stops working
Our daughter bought this for us in 2023. It worked fine for a few months.The problem we have is that it doesnât empty all the water through the filter. We tried everything but nothing works. We tried contacting ninja but no response. We feel bad just tossing it to the dump because we know it was pricey.Definitely would not recommend.

Great coffee maker, but has a short lifespan.
I have used this Ninja just about every day for a year and really liked it, but, after a year, it doesn’t complete the brewing cycle and just drips all day long. However, I love its compact size and will probably buy another.

Iâm genuinely impressed with this Ninja coffeemaker! Itâs thoughtfully designedâwhen the water tank ran dry mid-brew, the machine automatically paused and prompted me to refill it. Once I added more water, it resumed brewing without missing a beat. The built-in ground coffee filter is neatly stored inside the machine, making setup and cleanup super easy. Plus, the generous 24oz capacity is perfect for busy mornings or sharing. Ninja continues to deliver smart, user-friendly appliances. Highly recommend!

First, I am developing a bias. My kitchen is slowly filling with Ninja appliances I have bought over 15 years or so, not because I looked for the brand, but because they were the best at what they did.The bullet blender I have works like new and it has to be 12 years old.The Ninja Creami is a dream come true for making sugar free or any kind of ice cream or frozen desert.And now this machine is … get ready for it… MORE COMPATIBLE with 3rd party reusable coffee pods for Keurig than Keurig machines.I was able to open, clean, assemble and get a coffee made in under 10 minutes from getting it from Amazon without reading a page of instructions. It’s properly designed. Controls are easy. The old single cup coffee pods work perfectly. It has a small footprint on the counter and makes hot delicious coffee.Here’s some gratitude for Ninja for making stuff that works and doesn’t need a 30 minute call to tech support!

Absolutely love my Ninja, the smoothness of the coffee is considerably better than any other machine I’ve had. The different levels of coffee strength, to the size amount, iced coffee feature and the ability to use ground coffee is amazing. Would recommend this to anyone.

Item was less than 6 months old and the cups feature stopped working. Amazon could not assist so I called Ninja and their product support is terrible. They were supposed to send me a âpartâ and I havenât received it yet (months later) and I will have to call back and go through the process again. A new machine would solve it all bc if I knew it would break within the first 6 months, I never would have purchased it.
