The best glute resistance bands Iâve ever tried!Iâm absolutely in love with these resistance bands â theyâre perfect for glute and leg workouts. The quality is excellent; theyâre super durable and donât roll up or slip during exercises. Plus, they come in different resistance levels, so I can gradually increase the intensity of my workouts.Since I started using them, Iâve noticed my glutes feel firmer and more toned. Theyâre ideal for working out at home or taking them to the gym. Totally recommended if you want real, effective results!

Best quality bands ever. No pinching, no rolling, nice tight resistance. easy to store and pack. Fabric is comfortable, not scratchy. And the silicone bands do not smell. Absolutely worth the money.

I got these bands to keep in my gym back for leg day workouts. Even being new, the heaviest doesn’t “feel” quiet heavy but they work well! No slipping, no folding and great quality. No tearing, fraying or rips even after having them for a while (6ish months). Colors are cute, comes in a synch bag for storage.

I’ve been using the same cheap latex bands that I get as freebies at the gym sometimes. They’re usually used for marketing and ads and are pretty worthless.I finally bit the bullet and ordered some well made bands and they did not disappoint! I’ve seen other people using them but I never had any of my own. Game changer! I’ve already used them and they really so comfortable and secure. They don’t roll down at all! I can’t believe I waited this long to be honest. I could have saved myself a lot of frustration if I had bought these sooner.I love the cotton blend used as the material. Easy to hand wash and maintain. The inside of the bands have a rubbery material lined along the center to ensure they stay in place. Great feature!I also love the color options and the fact that it comes with a little bag to store them!These are a solid addition to your work out routine. 10/10

I love these bands. They are exactly what I have been looking for. Very sturdy, slip resistant, lightweight and very easy to use. I love that they are color coded to match the size and that they come in a nice nylon bag for storage. I have no negatives and so I give it five stars.

Total waste of money . After using once or twice, band started damaged like in the photos. I had to order another company bands.. not much resistance in the hard band also. Purpose is not served.
