Used on Gutters and Roof angles
I inherited custom lights with the purchase of my house and these are the exact same clips that the professional installers used. Some clips were broken so I bought replacements. They work well, are easy to install and can clip onto gutters and shingles very well. We get massive wind gusts and they’ve held on strong. They will weather and break over time (which is why I had to order replacement parts) but one bag will last me several years at the very least. I use C7 bulbs.

Finally! Light clips for large gutters!
FINALLY! I found clips that actually were designed to fit on large gutters! I’ve tried at least four other clips on the market and they’re all designed for smaller gutters. Forcing those on to the larger ones causes the plastic to weaken and break. These, however, fit perfectly. If I have one criticism about these, it’s with the part of the clip that holds the light, which probably won’t fit any light you’re going to buy as perfectly as it shows in the picture. Wiring individual lights is a hassle, though, and I’ve never done it that way. I just route the main cable through the clip every 4-5 lights and let the lights hang pointing down. I can pull the wire fairly straight through these clips and they won’t move, so my lights come out looking pretty straight.

Great Buy!
These are SUPER versatile. Clip under roof shingles, clip on gutters, clip under whatever really. They are pretty sturdy. You can attach the c7/9 bulbs to the clip and there is also a setup to use the clips to just hold the wires vs the bulbs.These say they are a 25 pack, but there was actually 50 in a bag.

the only hanger to use for c9 eve and roof lights
for a professional looking job, these are the perfect hangers for c9 lights, easy to use they are secure and really easy to use. don’t even try the big box store hangers as you will surely be disappointed. I hang thousands of lights each year and this is all I use on roofs and eves.

OUCH!
The clips are very sturdy and are holding up well, installed by sliding under the edge of the roof shingles. My only complaint with them is that attaching them to the bulbs was a pain, literally. The end of the clip has to be twisted to latch onto the bulb, and the plastic is so rigid that it takes considerable effort to do it. After attaching to 300 bulbs, my fingers were a mess! The clips will be staying permanently attached to the light string, as I never want to have to do that again! Another thing to note: the clip must be installed with the long flat prong DOWN! Did half of one string wrong before I caught myself. Didn’t help my temper much.

Working Well
I used these clips with a string of Holiday Wonderland C9 lights also purchased from Amazon, and they are functioning well. A few of the clips seem to be slightly undersized and become strained due to the large size of the light socket. This may be due to slight variations in manufacturing. However, they have managed to hold the lights solidly through snow and freezing rain so far. While installing the clips I must have lost one, because it ended up being one short. Next time I’ll order a spare package, as the cost is low relative to the shipping. Note: Our home is about 10 years old and these work nicely on our gutters as well as under the shingles. The lights installed on the gutters do not face the same direction as those under the shingles though.

Beautiful and straight lights.
These clips are so easy and have the ability to hold different size lights. We had tried other clips, put would break when putting them on the gutters, or would not look consistent. These make the lights look straight and consistent. Highly recommend.

I install Christmas lights professionally and every one of these clips breaks when you try to use it. They do not hold the proper sized bulb and the quality is he worst Iâve wver seen. It was a complete waste of money and I would never do it again. Extremely disappointed how much money I wasted on these.
