Well thought and superb quality materials unlike other well known brands.
This has been underrated. As for now I can say anything about durability because itâs newly purchased. All I can say is the technology and quality materials or parts are excellent compared to the well N brand that I bought. The previous brand only lasted me for 1.5 years and unfortunately it was out of warranty.I have used this so many times and so far I am very satisfied. The stainless parts and grill are superb quality. Cleaning is very easy. It user friendly and safe.

Excellent air fryer and pressure cooker.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this air fryer to replace the same model I burned on top of the stove…inadvertently turned stove burner on while cleaning. I had the previously the first one for a few years. Never gave me any problems. This is a nice air fryer and pressure cooker that meets all our needs. Initially purchased primarily for air fryer function but us more for pressure cooking. Controls easy to understand and use. Easy to clean. I use it on the counter only now.Â

Used the Nuwave duet air fryer part twice after purchasing and the air fryer lid stopped working (wouldn’t heat up at all). Contacted Amazon for a replacement lid but it was 3 days past my return window, they would not do anything for me. Contacted Nuwave customer service directly through their warranty claims on their website, got a response within 24 hours and a new lid to me within 3 days. The new lid did not work either, so replied to the existing email thread with Perla S (amazing person), and a new base was sent to me, received within 3 days. I did have to send the old base back for them to troubleshoot what was wrong with it, but the new lid and base work perfectly fine and the appliance is really easy to use. I would most certainly purchase again (or other products) if needed to.

Technology Meets Healthy Culinary Creations
This appliance delivers great, healthy cooking with ease. The three cooking methods (pressure cooking, air fryer, grill) perform well alone or combined to aid the cook in preparing delicious products in a short period of time. The cookbook is a helpful aid. The multiple lids are not a distraction, but they assure accurate cooking methods for each style. The extra gadgets, bowls and racks, simplify meal preparation and results. The body of this product is lightweight despite the use of lids that add more weight. Yet, once you become familiar with changing the lids which function differently, you are able to smoothly switch from pressure to air dry to grill safely and with delicious results. One pot cooking supports great cooking, fewer use of pans, and easy clean up. I love this product.

Should have stayed with instapot
Itâs burning everything on pressure cook. I sautéed/seared my meat for stew and after 15 min on pressure cook, everything from peas, carrots, potatoâs, corn, meat⦠itâs burnt. Everything was perfect on sear before I put the lid on for pressure cooking.ProsPressurizing was fast.Has a good seal.Sauté/sear worked as expected.ConâsButtons take a good 5+ min to figure out.Burns the entire bottom on pressure.Big and bulky for storage.Definitely heavy for lifting or storage in a pantry or cupboard.Value wise I went out on a limb to try this and already I am wishing I stuck to my Instant Pot .Cleaning is a difficult when liquid’s get stuck between the two sides that stick up (oddly high) and the heating insert that the cooking pot sits in.The taller left and right sides serve no purpose and are a design flaw.This is just not a well thought out product. Especially for being presented as the all in one, go to appliance. Total let down.

I love this!!
I got this to make low histamine meals and be able to cook meats from frozen, in addition to reducing cook time, kitchen heat in the summer and make combo meals all in one pot. I also wanted an air fryer and didnât want any teflon so decided on a device that had it all. This machine is wonderful! I find it super easy to use though admittedly I donât use any of the presets that came with the unit. The instructions as others have mentioned are very lengthy and can be confusing so I have opted to find recipes and cooking times/methods on the internet under âpressure cookerâ and the times work just fine. Iâve also used the same process for air frying and it cooks like a champ! The machine is convenient, very easy to use (when you use other recipes and resources) and easy to clean in spite of being stainless steel, an overnight soak does the trick.
