The skincare kit arrived in a sealed box. The instructions were clearly stated, which is excellent for a person like me who is new to high-end skincare products. The first bottle is labeled with the number 1, and states AM and PM; the second bottle states number 2 with AM and PM; the vitamin C serum is to be used once a day; and the last facial serum is to be used in the AM and PM. The cleanser has a light scent. It lathered well, and my face felt clean and refreshed. The toner did not have any noticeable scent, and did not irritate my skin. The vitamin C serum initially felt a little sticky on my face, but once I added the final serum, my skin had a “glassy” appearance and felt soft. I could see an improvement in my skin after only the first use. I will continue to use these products.

Obagi Medical Travel Skincare Set Review    What a nice set of skincare products.  This Obagi Medical includes a 2 oz gel cleanser to be used twice a day, a 2 oz toner used twice a day, a 0.17 oz PROFESSIONAL-C° SERUM 20% bottle of vitamin C serum to be used in the morning, and a 0.17 oz vial of ELASTIDERM® FACIAL SERUM used twice a day.  There are actually enough products included  to try out this brand and see if you like the items, and I do like all of them.  My dermatologist offers Obagi Medical products in his office, and that is where I first heard of this brand.  I had no idea you could buy Obagi Medical on Amazon.  If you already know about and like this brand, then this set would be a wonderful vacation or travel partner.  And if not, then this particular set is a reasonable opportunity to see what it can do for your skin.  I liked each piece.  The gel cleanser has enough lather to gently cleanse my face,  and I love the very slight fragrance it offers while washing.  I look forward to smelling it each time I wash my face.  The next step is the toner, and it leaves my skin feeling very refreshed and not a bit pulled or tight feeling.  The toner is followed by applying the vitamin C serum only in the morning.  You should always apply sunscreen (not included) after using any vitamin C serum.  The last step is the ELASTIDERM® Facial Serum, and it leaves my skin feeling very moisturized without feeling greasy or sticky and also protected for the day or night.  You use each product morning and night except the vitamin C,  which is only for the morning. Another reason I like this brand is because it is a complete skincare program (except for the sunscreen) and only takes a very few minutes, and then I can feel like I have done a good job of caring for my face.  I have not had any negative effects from any of these products, but I am used to vitamin C. When I first started using vitamin C (years ago), I did a patch test, which I recommend for any new-to-you product.One important thing (to myself) that this product didn’t have anywhere I could find is an expiration date. I checked and rechecked looking for one and came up without one. No expiration date along with the different ingredient lists gets a star knocked off. Great skincare in a convenient size , works well, and is serious skincare. This set cleanses as well as soothes and protects my skin. I haven’t experienced any irritation or sensitivity to this skincare set, and my skin looks, and feels good after using.
