meets all my needs
In reality, I can’t actually rate durability yet since I’ve been using the mats for only a short time. However, I ordered two initially and have now ordered (and received) a third. The mats work well on my hardwood floors. One is under my wife’s computer chair and it receives the most use. by far. It does slip a little bit over time but it is easy to reposition. At this point I would recommend the item without qualification.

Good protection not easy to glide over
This mat is well made for sure. I just found it more difficult to move around in my chair. The wheels seem to sink into it a bit. Might take time to adjust.

it protects my floor
The little pads they give to help it not slide are nearly useless. Thing slides even with them. I have to adjust it all the time because it scrunches up at my desk. However, it does what I bought it for, it protects my floor. It doesnt hinder my chair at all. I clean it with my mop and roll over it with my vaccum. Its hold up well so far.

Heavy duty???
I purchased this for use on a hardwood floor, underneath an adjustable office desk. I alternate between standing and using a 5 legged rolling office chair. The primary need is to protect the flooring, but having stable traction is important as well. I waited about 8 months to write this review so that I would have a decent amount of experience with the product.The mat does a good job of protecting the flooring. Definitely no qualms about saying that, it performs the essential task well. Further, the top surface provides stable footing, I have never had a slip or anything close to it. I would also say that the mat shipped rolled up, but after a few hours in the sun, it flattened fairly good and over the following 2 days it was good and flat.Now for the “cons”. I would NOT call this mat heavy duty. It’s fairly thin and my chair can cause rolls to appear in the mat, usually at the edges. Also, the mat slowly moves so that it bumps up against a desk leg and then folds up into the air. If this were heavy duty (thicker), it would be more apt to stop migrating when it hits that desk leg, though some might still lift in such a case.Bottom line, not a bad mat, but not thick enough to be called heavy duty, IMO. With time, the rolls and migrating may get annoying enough that I replace with a truly heavy duty mat. For now, I’ll live with the issues.

thin but works
little thin but works so far. Had to keep a heavy rug on it for a few days to flating it. my office chair rolls good on it over my LVP flooring with no problems, overall it seems like it will last

This chair mat SUCKS
I waited to give it time to see if it would be any better after I purchased it and its not. This mat is a 100% waste of your money and its a piece of garbage it may lay flat but it constantly turns on the floor!! it slides and rotates itself under my chair!! I bought this for my home office as I work from home and spend several hours a day at my desk. I have to move the chair and rotate it back multiple times a day!! It keeps moving and pushing against my desk legs and table!! You shouldn’t have to do that with a chair mat for an office chair DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK!! I’m going to have to give in spend a little more money for what may be a better quality mat this one was an absolute waste of money! Too bad its too far past returning to get a refund or I would!! Don’t buy this piece of crap you’ll regret it!! Not sure what the others did that gave it good reviews…..maybe they glued it to their floors or taped it?? Otherwise cant figure how they had good success with this its JUNK Absolute JUNK cant say that enough!

Great for hard wood floor – NOT CARPET
This was a wonderful purchase to put my office chair on for my hard wood floor. Does not work on carpet as it is too thin.Perfect under my small desk – check the measurement – it is not that big.

I got this placemat for my desk chair so I dont mess up the floors in the my new house and I have to say it does the job, only downfall I have is that if you spill or have any crumbs or messes… you can not clean under it… and will have to pill one of the corners to get underneath it, which weakens one of the corners and can cause more air bubbles/creases under the chair.Over all though, for the price its pretty good for a short term solution!

Purchased for office floor that has wooden flooring . Keeps bunching up as chair rolls back and forth so doesn’t keep flat . Okay for it’s use at the price but will need replacing .
