It all depends on you, but…
In my personal case it works like it has to in my wife’s case ummmm. Look! I have problems to sleep here and there with one of those in no time I am sleeping as a baby. In the other hand, my wife has serious problems to sleep sometimes they work just fine but there are some days that she needs to take 2 or 3. When she does it she says that she sleeps and wakes up all night long. The good part of them is that the following day you do not feel sleep or drowsy. I hope this help you clarify. I have tried so many different sleeping aids. And this has truly worked. I have on and off insomnia and in my bad days when I can’t sleep I take the 2 dummies and within the hour I am asleep and I stay asleep! When I do wake up my eyes are a little heavy but I can’t tell if its the dummies or if its because I haven’t been getting good sleep prior but after waking filling I feel great.
