Nice plates
I just got these plates to add to my home gym. They appear to be of good quality and the finish looks good and seems like it should be durable. I would not recommend dropping them on concrete, since that would chip anything aside from a bumper plate, but otherwise, the finish feels tough and put on pretty thick.I have a bunch of Olympic plates that I’ve added over the years, and these help round out what I have. I wanted more 5 and 10 pound plates for incremental weight additions for some of the “smaller” lifts where I’m not making jumps with 25 or 45 pound plates.The plate diameter differs a bit from some of my existing plates, but that’s not a big deal. The 5s are a little smaller diameter than my other 5s for example. I’m a little OCD about matching plates on both sides of the bar, but that’s just a personal quirk. I just keep them in order on my plate trees and it’s not any problem.I’ll probably get some additional dates from this maker because the plates seem of good quality and the price point is very good.

Great price but have defects!
I’m a Health & Fitness Coach with my own gym, and I needed some more weights, so I purchased this pair of 25 lbs rubber coated plates because the price was unbelievably cheap.Overall, the quality is pretty decent, especially considering the price! I weighed them on my scale, which is probably not super accurate, but I compared them to my 25 lbs Iron Grip plates and my 25 lbs Rogue plates – both Iron Grip and Rogue weigh in at 25.2 lbs, and these plates weigh in at 24.4 lbs, so pretty close!BUTThe main issue I have is that both plates have a tear in the rubber coating, at the exact same spot too! That’s definitely not great but hopefully it doesn’t get much worse and tear open completely.The other thing is that they do have a pretty intense smell, it is vulcanized rubber after all, it’s the same with stall mats and other equipment with rubber coating. But you can always leave them in an open area to air out for a few days and the smell decreases significantly.Overall, I’m disappointed about the tears in the coating, but would probably still recommend for that price.

Arrived as advertised. Not much to say about metal plates. They were affordable and get the job done. The clips are nice that they throw them in but don’t buy this for them. Get 5 star amazon clips separately, you won’t regret it.

Ich habe 2 Sets bestellt, super Scheiben zum unschlagbaren Preis. Leider fehlte in einem Set eine der beiden mittleren (2,3 kg). Für mich kein Problem, da ich die Scheiben für einen Beincurl benutze, wo man ein gemeinsames Gewicht für beide Beine hat, aber wenn das jemand für eine Lang- oder Kurzhantel bestellt, wäre es natürlich höchst ärgerlich, wenn ein Gewicht fehlt. Die Verpackung war sehr abenteuerlich, verrupfter Karton mit massenweise Klebeband. Für so schwere Gewichte völlig ungeeignet, kein Wunder, dass da was rausfallen kann. Die Verpackung kam bei mir aber geschlossen an. Wegen des sehr günstigen Preises werde ich die fehlende Scheibe aber nicht beanstanden. Das Material selbst ist top. Zwei der vier Klammern sind unbrauchbar, da zu groß, siehe Video. Muss noch probieren, die mit Gewalt irgendwie zu verkleinern.
