I was pleasantly surprised by this tool chest. Assembly was a breeze, and the overall quality is impressive for the price. It’s not a top-of-the-line professional model, but it’s perfect for my needs. I wanted to get my tools organized, and this tool chest does the job beautifully.The drawers slide smoothly, and there’s plenty of space for all my tools. Great Toolbox
This toolbox is everything I needed it to be. It has a ton of space and was very easy to put together. It has helped me organize my garage and could be used by anyone!

Poor quality product.
DO NOT recommend! Item arrived with several dents and distortions of the metal. Plastic trim piece end cap on storage cart pull out drawer was missing, allowing trim piece to slide freely. At risk of breaking if drawer is closed without trim piece being in perfect alignment. The tool box is stored in the storage cart for shipment. This is fine in concept, but because the storage unit is flimsy in construction, it became distorted in shape, effectively wedging the tool box in the storage cart. This made it nearly impossible to remove without causing further damage, despite spending nearly 30 minutes trying. I ended up having to throw the entire unit in the garbage and never got to actually use it. I did not attempt to repackage and return, just not worth my time to attempt. This is not an indictment of the seller, as I did not give them an opportunity to correct the issues I had to deal with, just an indictment of the poor quality of this unit. It’s true what they say, you get what you pay for. Buy at your own risk.

Better than I thought it would be
First, I have to comment on the extraordinary packaging. I’ve never seen anything like it. Well done.This tool chest is is of better quality than I was expecting for the price. It’s not the quality of say a Matco tool chest, but I didn’t have $5000 to spend on one either.For shipping, the top section is screwed into the bottom section using grommets, and the reason I mention that is because the handle threads directly into itself instead of a grommet. I cross-threaded one of the handle’s machine screws during assembly. It’s nothing a nut won’t fix, but it’s easy to do if you’re not careful.Only the top section has a lock on it, which to me is counter-intuitive considering the typically more expensive tools will be stored in the bottom section.All that aside, I’m very pleased with it.
