    Exactly what I asked for
I bought these for work. I’m in a private office with a door that can close and am required to be on a variety of calls every day from Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and others.I have worn and tried a wide variety of headphones in the past, and these are exactly what I was looking for.Pros:- Comfortable to wear for 8+ hours a day. So comfortable I forget I have it on.- Good noise cancelling Mic, and generally good quality- Good charge (I put it on the charger when I leave work, and take it off when I put it on in the morning)- It reconnects if I walk out of range to get to the break room or to make copies, though I haven’t timed to find out how long I have to be out of range, it hasn’t been an issue so I haven’t noticed.- Can clearly hear everything around me and can actually put in earbuds for my music without heading the Shokz off.- Beautiful sound quality. Easily the best I’ve ever had for voices and phone calls. The slight buzz I felt when first using them either isn’t here, or I don’t notice the vibration anymore. (I want to get a personal set and try out music with it)Cons:- When a call comes in, sometimes it’s too loud. This is a settings issue I just have not invested the time into figuring out. The call in volume is not the same as the talk volume by default.- If you are looking for noise cancelling for you, so you cannot hear the world around you, that is not this headset. You can hear everything going on around in your space as clearly as you hear the sound coming in through the headset. So, if your coworker talks a lot, you’ll hear everything they’re saying.

These are not audiophile quality headphones, but they are excellent for calls and meetings
I’ve tested the OpenRun headset at a major sporting goods outlet on several occasions. I found them to be very comfortable with decent sound quality. A few months ago my work headset started to fail so I began researching a replacement. I wear this headset a minimum of 9 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week, so I needed a comfortable headset. I also had to take into account my wearing hearing aids. Regular headsets don’t work well with hearing aids, so this made my search even more difficult. When I began my search, I didn’t know that Shokz had a headset with a microphone, it didn’t take me long to find out they did. At first I was a little hesitant to drop $200 dollars on them not knowing how they would perform for my work needs, but I eventually gave in when my Jabra headset refused to hold a charge for more than an hour. 2 days later they arrived. I immediately tested these with my PC. I found they have a decent quality sound, same as the OpenRun. Let me point out that these are in no way comparable to any high end, audiophile quality headphones. The sound is good, but if you are a music snob, these aren’t for you. The highs and lows are very good, but I find the mid range a little muddy. They are still good enough to stream music while working or working out, but they do not compare to the sound of any high end headphones or speakers. Several reviewers found the lows uncomfortable. Yes, certain sounds in the low frequencies will cause an uncomfortable feeling where these meet your head. This was most evident when receiving a call, the ring tone sometimes is almost painful. This is the one point that I dislike about them, they have a default ring tone that I have yet to figure out how to change, it’s Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries. Now I like this tune as much as anyone, but when your entire skull vibrates, you are very quick to answer that call. I’d love to be able to change to a less intense tune as well as find a way to adjust it’s volume. I could handle the tune if the volume were a bit lower, but the only way I have found to do that is to turn the headset volume down, but then hearing well on some calls becomes difficult. So overall I would say the quality of the product seems excellent, they are very comfortable, they work well with hearing aids, and the sound quality is very good. Again, not audiophile quality, but still very good for the average person. They beat out earbuds and most work quality, closed headphones in all of these areas. 9 out of 10, would buy again and have already recommended these to several of my coworkers who also have hearing aids.

    My clients can hear me.
I purchased this headset after trying two other bone induction headsets that didn’t perform. I use these for work and talking to clients. The ones I tried previously were good as far as me hearing them but many times my clients couldn’t hear me and I would have to switch to speaker to carry on the conversation. I have had these for a few weeks now and I talk on the phone quite a bit, I have not had a single instance where the client couldn’t hear me because of the performance of the mic/headset. The audio quality is also good for my application. Battery life is good. I have not lost power during the workday. Fit is good. Workmanship and quality of materials seems good also. It connects to my phone quickly and I can beas far as 50′ from phone and maintain connection. I would by these again.

Super pour réunion teams ou conversation téléphonique tout en restant à l’écoute de l’environnement (p.ex à vélo).A ne pas conseiller pour écouter de la musique, les basses ne sont pas restituées de manière satisfaisante.

I drive a Smart Roadster Coupe Brabus. Calling hands free @100km/h is impossible. Too much noise from the wind and exhaust. Nobody understands what I’m saying. But this microphone sorts that out. I can attend meetings while driving now!

I had no idea what bone conduction technology was until I got this headset and did a bit of reading on how they work. This headset rests against your cheekbone and transmits sound vibrations through your bones directly into your inner ear. Bone conduction headphones skip the eardrums and go straight to the inner ear via the skull bones. This leaves your ears free to pick up ambient sounds and be aware of your surroundings. These headphones are very light weight and I even forget they are on. As someone who has jaw issues I was surprised that these did not irritate the jaw by how they were placed on this area, but so far I have had no issues with wearing them or them causing greater pain. I have only worn them 1-2 hours at a time and not for hours on end. There is no adjustment for the size of the headphone. I have a small narrow head (have to wear kids size glasses) so I was concerned that the inability to adjust them would be an issue. This has not been a problem. Because they are flexible and sit over your ears the size works just fine. It does mean there is more sticking out at the back of my head then someone with a larger head, but this has not been an issue when wearing them that they become unstable or need to be adjusted.Set up for these is easy, once you know what buttons to push. The + button acts as your power on and off button and by holder it longer it will end pairing mode. Pairing has gone smoothly with the devices I have used it with and you are able to pair it with two devices at one time. I have not really used this option actively. If I do have it paired with two devices, I am generally only using one device at a time, so I can’t speak for how well it switches between devices if you are not in control of it (e.g. receiving a cell phone call while on a Zoom call). My main use for this is for phone calls, as well as the occasional zoom or similar type call. You can answer and end calls by pressing the multifunction button on the left side. This same button can be used for playing and pausing your music, as well as moving to the next song or the previous song. On the boom mic there is a button for you to mute the mic. Increasing and decreasing the volume is controlled by the + and – buttons behind your right ear. Included with the device is a USB-A dongle that allows you to connect directly to your computer to provide a stable connection, instead of using Bluetooth. You simply plug it in and the headphone works. I have used both the dongle and Bluetooth with no issues.I am impressed with the sound quality of this headset. Sound comes through clearly and I have no trouble hearing. The mic is noise cancelling and from those who I have gotten feedback from they say that it works well, cancelling out the sound of your driving or running the tap and other mild sounds in the background. The noise cancelling even works well enough that if you move the mic up and away from your face then the person can no longer hear you. I have not really used this for music, so I cannot speak to how the sound is in this area. The battery is impressive on this item, lasting for many hours. When you power up the device it will tell you whether the battery is high, medium or low, you can also check the battery status under our phone or computer Bluetooth connection information. Charging is done by a USB-C and there is a cord included in the box.Included with this headset is a carry case that is specifically formed for the headset. It also has a small slot for the USB-A dongle to be placed so it doesn’t get lost. The item comes with a 2 year warranty and you receive a warranty card with the item.
