Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?
The covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?

Love this furniture. Easy to assemble! I bought it 3 years ago and left it uncovered, and it still looks new! Would buy again!!! Very sturdy and large sized chairs and sofa.

Beautiful and easy assembly
We ordered another set from another company and had to return because it was impossible to put together. This one was easy to assemble as everything lined up properly. Bought the covers that go with them to protect them when the weather dictates. The men in our family are over 6 feet tall and the backs are high and supportive. Fire table works great.

Really nice set
We are definitely very happy with this furniture-really nice quality. The only caveat is it is very tedious to put together. My husband is a home improvement craftsman and still took him a few hours. It is worth it though.
