Not As Most Self Adhesive Sheets – A Bit Hard to Handle
You may normally use brand name self-adhesive laminating sheets from office supply companies. These will be different. When you first open the package you may think you have plain transparency sheets. They are somewhat hard to handle, but if you carefully try to find the thin clear backing side, you can pull it off of the self-adhesive laminating sheet. There is no tab or marker to help with the separation process. And no idea why the backing sheets are totally clear rather than a solid white or brown to make them visible.The adhesive is effective and durable. The lamination sheets are stiffer and thinner than most, but quite protective.

Good Lamination Once You Get the Hang of It
I received this product for free through the Amazon Vine program. These peel-and-stick laminating sheets work well for protecting documents and craft projects without the need for a laminating machine or heat. The clarity is good, and once applied, the seal holds up well for general use.That said, they can be a bit tricky to handle. The adhesive is very sticky, which means the sheets can easily fold onto themselves or stick together before you’re ready. Lining things up takes some care and patience, especially if you’re trying to laminate something larger like a menu or sign.Overall, theyâre a solid option for at-home laminating, especially if you don’t have access to a machine. It just takes a little practice to avoid bubbles or misalignment, but once you get used to it, the results are clean and effective.

Easy to use common no machine required
I don’t have a laminating machine, and I don’t need one frequently enough to invest in one. These self-adhesive laminating sheets are an excellent alternative to having to go somewhere to pay to have something laminated. I tested these using some business cards from service providers I use that I wanted to hang on my refrigerator. Now that I know that they work so well, I will laminate my social security card in a couple of other paper ID cards so they do not get tattered or torn. They couldn’t be any simpler to use! You simply stick them on both sides of the item you wish to laminate, and press firmly to seal around the edges between the two sheets. One tip that I found through trial and error is be sure to leave a sufficient margin around the item, because you need the two sites to have enough surface area of adhesive to stay stuck together. If you do not do this, the two sides will come apart and dirt and moisture can get in between the sheets and damage the item being laminated. I also found that the two sheets are more resistant to coming apart if you round the corners slightly rather than leaving them with a crisp point. These are an excellent value for the price, and the size will accommodate up to approximately a full sheet of paper, so they’re very versatile. I would definitely recommend these.
