Cats like these!
I bought these for my cats as I did buy the catnip scented ones 2 to a pack for years but they are expensive. I purchased these because they are much cheaper. You CAN spray them with catnip spray, but I do not as my cats like them anyway. I open them and they play and lay inside them or squash them flat to lay on them and they last until one pukes on it and then I bring out a new one! They would work for holding things as well but that was not my goal. Great price, handy versatile uses

Sturdy, full-size, unbranded grocery-style bags
I’m using these bags to create a treasure map â more on that in a sec. These bags came flat in a plastic bag and they are your standard grocery-style bags. The bag bottoms are glued in the classic envelope style and the bag tops have the classic serrated edge. The paper is sturdy and strong and they’re exactly what they used to use in all the grocery stores when “paper or plastic” was a choice.Now, about that treasure map. For my purposes, I only need the backsides of a few bags. For this review, I cut one out as a demo. That piece got scrunched-up over and over (about 5-10 minutes worth of scrunching) until it took on that leathery appearance. From there, I scorched the edges a bit and â voila! â I had a very convincing “aged” canvas for a map. It even feels a bit like an old hide. The kids are going to love this! As an aside: if you do this, be sure to draw your map before doing the scrunching â it’s really hard to draw a nice map on a scrunched surface. Trust.So, yeah, I got way too many bags with this purchase… but I guess it gives me more tries if I screw up my map along the way. These bags are exactly what I needed for the project and it’s a definite YES from me!

Great Bags
I bought these bags to put my shredded paper in for recycling. They are sturdy and seem well made. Since I’m just using it to hold shredded paper I haven’t really tested their weight capacity but just by feel I think they would stand up well. Will order more of these when I run out.

They are not very sturdy and also a touch smaller then I’d like.

Abundance of glue prevents opening them
They are good sturdy bags, but the inside of many are glued together making them useless. Unable to open without ripping the bag. I will no doubt buy more bags, but not these. Just a note: These are not the size of bags you get in grocery stores for your food. Not sure how bagging sizes are figured, but if that is what you are wanting these are a little on the smaller side.
