Functional, versatile, comfortable, excellent quality
Game changer diaper bag!! When we started the process of preparing for a baby, my wife and I both bought diaper bags. She bought her cutesy bag, and bought the Phil & Jack diaper bag. After a couple months, she switched everything from her bag to the Phil & Jack bag because it is set up so much better! Pocket size, placement, and versatility is amazing! The little pockets inside the big pockets, help keep us organized. The built in changing pad is a GAME CHANGER!! Canât tell you the number of time my wife was concerned that we didnât have a place to change our son, and I stated unfolding the little pad.The material quality is excellent. Endures our rough lifestyle. Itâs super comfortable to wear (even though my wife has packed it to the gills). The chest and waist straps come in super handy (something my wifeâs bag didnât have.) The Molle is great, I attached a couple heavy duty and light duty carabiners which always come in handy.This is the ultimate diaper bag!! A definite must for any parent looking for a a versatile, comfortable, functional, diaper bag.

Disappointing Quality for the Price
I wanted to love this diaper bag, but for $130, the quality just isnât there. The fabric is surprisingly thin and doesnât feel durable enough for daily use, especially for something meant to carry baby essentials. After not even a year, the stitching started coming apart â and itâs not even double-stitched in high-stress areas, which would have helped prevent this. My wifeâs diaper bag from another company for similar price has had zero issues and we got them at the same time.For the premium price, I expected heavy-duty construction, reinforced seams, and long-lasting materials. Instead, Iâm left with a bag that looks worn out far too quickly. Unfortunately, I canât recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, long-term diaper bag.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.I ordered a bag from PhilandJack.com on April 28, 2025, as a special surprise for my daughter and son-in-law to celebrate the birth of our first grandchild. Their website clearly stated 2â4 business day delivery within the U.S., and I selected the free shipping option. The cost of the bag was $129.99, plus international transaction fees.The order was processed and charged to my account the same dayâbut that was the last meaningful communication I received. A tracking number was sent a few days later, but it linked to an error page. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through every available channel, including their websiteâs live chat and email (the only options unless you speak Swedish). I have not received a single response.At this point, Iâm out the money and the gift intended for my family. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.I strongly advise others: DO NOT ORDER from PhilandJack.com.
