Simple, Reliable, and Just Works
I was a bit hesitant about upgrading to a smart lock with fingerprint access, but this one totally exceeded expectations. All I wanted was a lock that does its job reliably and makes my keyless life easier â and this lock delivers. I was worried the fingerprint reader might be slow or buggy, but itâs surprisingly quick and accurate. At the end of the day, a smart lock should lock the door without hassle, and this one does exactly that.

Just to set the scenario, I’m the most UNHANDY person in the world. No kidding. This deadbolt was a breeze to install. We had it fully operational in no time.I can’t talk to how long it will last, but it’s easy to install and a joy to use. Had a little confusion on how to set up other users but soon figured it out that you need to send an invite and the person can hook it up easily.This deadbolt is a winner, bought another today!

NO customer service, poor quality.
I bought two locks, installed one it worked fine, even though the interface was klunky. Installed the second and it was dead absolutely nothing. Called the Phillips Product Support line multiple times between 6pm eastern tom and 6:30, the card with the product says they are open until 8:pm Pacific time which would be 11:00 PM eastern time. I left a message expecting a call back on Saturday as they had Saturday hours. Today is Tuesday and I still havenât received a call. Their product support is as good as the second lock which is all palstic and feels like it. Low quality.

Loving this lock now only does it function with your fingerprint or passcode if for whatever reason the Wi-Fi is not working it has a pair of keys so you can still get in. Finger recognition works perfectly. I never had a problem with it. Very easy to install, and the design is beautiful. The quality of the lock is sturdy. I use this for my bedroom and it gets the job done.

I have been using this lock for a few days now, and honestly, itâs a great deal for the price. Setup was pretty straightforward, and the fingerprint sensor works better than I expected. The app is easy to use, and I like being able to lock/unlock remotely.My only complaint is the lack of color choicesâit would be nice if they offered something other than black to better match different doors. But overall, Iâm really happy with it and would recommend it if youâre looking for a budget-friendly smart lock that still does the job well.
