Great set. Not for a beginner.
This set is not for the beginner. Weight starts at 35lbs. If youâre just starting out, I would recommend a set with lower starting weight and then work your way up to this. Otherwise, it is a fantastic set. I recently travelled and this set went with me. Great for on the road or at home.

Great bands, but the carry bag is useless
Pretty good bands for the value! They actually provide resistance without having to stretch em a quarter mile to feel tension like a lot of other companyâs bands. The carry bag they give you is kind of a jokeâ¦the bottom seam ripped out within the first week, but get yourself a small gym duffel and youâll be fine. All in all very convenient and versatile!

Convenient Exercise Bar
Very convenient exercise bar. Right now only using for squats and curls but can certainly do many more exercises with it. Assembles easily and very easy to change up as needed. I am glad I decided to get this setup.

I will circle back and add to this review after I have used this product and can make a better judgment about it.Once I get caught up, I WILL meet the expected times for reviews and WILL NOT fall behind again.The bar, handles, straps and stretch bands are well made and feel durable.I am in my upper 70s and have some health issues that make it hard for me to get back up if I do exercises such as pushups or sit ups. I am sure this kit will be ideal for me because I can stand while doing several of the exercises that are shown in the instructions.At this time, I give it 4 Stars. The number may go up or down (after I have exercised with this kit for a couple of weeks). I marked it on my calendar and will update then.I encourage shoppers to shop around and look for the best price they can find. I believe most shoppers today are savvy and are doing just that.I will update this review if I have any problems with this product.

Finally a hardcore set of resistance bands that feel high end. These are buy far the best set I’ve reviewed to date, with plenty of weight options and attachments. This product is a cut above the competition and in my humble opinion offers a true gym type experience at home. These are a great option for those looking for ways to shock you’re muscles and produce a higher level of growth. Since you’re body won’t be use to the type of contraction and release these types of weights offer. Perfect for all skill levels anyone can use this product with relative ease.To note:1: Make sure to start off slow and understand proper form. Before attempting any high weighted maneuvers. These like any other weights, can cause injury if not used correctly. I would strongly suggest watching tutorial videos on these types of products. To fully understand what they can offer and their limitations.2: I would also advise stretching ( static and ballistic ) before using this article. This will help you’re muscles warm up and promote better overall wellbeing. It’s a well known fact that injuries are more likely to occur when lifting weights when not properly limbered up.The build:All components of this resistance training set feel high end. The main bar’s core is firmly supported by 3 rock-solid steel pipes, and the outer layer is wrapped with a 5mm thick soft foam pad. The accessories are all made with the same high end nylon fibre. Offering outstanding tensile strength and durability. Each component features a softer inner foam layer. Perfect when using it with socks and helps soften the overall hand feel. There are metallic loops and attachment points ( carabiner style ). That are also of great quality. Offering the end user a well rounded set of training possibilities. Without the fear of the actor points braking under duress. The door handles have a nice foam roller that is large enough to protect from damage and offers over or under frame use. The elastic bands are also well designed with thick rubber polymer and double loop knots. They seam much more resistant to ware then others I’ve tested in the past. Yet on this front only time and use will tell if they live up to my initial impressions.Weight on offer:2 x 35lb, 2 x 45lb, and 2 x 55lb elastic tubes work together to offer you an astonishing 270lb of ultra-strong resistance.Final thoughts: 5 out of 5This is the perfect starting point for you’re fitness journey. Much less expensive then regular weights and offers even more training possibilities. When used correctly this might be the start of you’re new you. I use these to supplement my dumbbell training regiment. I’ve noticed a great sense of freedom and a new sensation of resistance. That feels fresh and offers new muscle growth possibilities. I’ve started working more on my legs and core. These are the perfect product for that type of muscle activation. Yet you can do so much more then legs. I honesty really enjoy using these types of weights. they’ve opened many doors and I’m going to be using these until they break. Highly recommended is you’re into fitness and want something new.

The pieces within the set are very high quality.All the handles and straps have thick padding so it is comfortable to hold and exert force on. The steel rings and the straps feel very robust as well. The metal carabiner clips the pieces securely, as I don’t have any worries about them coming apart while in use.The set comes with a pilates bar that is split into three sections. They are screwed together and are tight. I have had one previously where the joints would rotate and loosen when lifting, which was very dangerous. I did not experience any of that here.I like that the connectors are designed such that you can connect just the end pieces to make a shorter bar. This was not possible in the previous set.Compared to my other set, these bands are much shorter. I was able to use just a single band and perform bicep curls while stepping on the band in my previous set. For this set, I have to use one band for each side, and then put the strap on the feet like what’s shown in the ad.This method actually works a bit better. It is more comfortable standing on the straps compared to on the resistance bands.One good thing is that all the items from this set and my old sets are compatible with each other. I could use the longer bands if I wanted to with the straps from this set. Everything clips together easily.Overall I am very happy with this set. This kit is the perfect set up for the home gym. It is much more compact and easy to store compared to actual weights and dumbbells. Everything can be put back in the box or in the provided drawstring bag after use.Five stars.
