when I first received these sound bar, it was in a package that had been repackaged and re-taped up. But I gave it a chance took it out. Everything looked brand new no fingerprints so I went to set up on my TV when I first try to connect, it didnât put out a high volume of sound was very low. I was about to send it back, but I thought Iâd call tech-support at Polk audio she walked me through some things and the problem continue to persist. Her customer service was great though it made me think and I was able to figure out the issue and it was the TV. Now that I get to hear them I am quite pleased. They sound very good as a matter of fact, this is the best sound bar Iâve ever had and Iâve had five from different manufacturers. I really like the subwoofer. The base is nice and clean as you can get. I read a review where a guy said he heard me heard the base. I guess heâs death anyway Iâm very happy with the speakers and the only reason that I am giving them a four instead of a five is because of the packaging.

Save your money buy something else
The sub is very weak. So weak I wasnât sure it was working. I made sure the bass was all the way up and could hear it faint, then I assumed it was my TV so I connected Bluetooth direct same thing. Spent over a hour on the web trying to find a manual or troubleshooting guide, nothing. Save your money a JBL flip is 10x better than this.
