Amazing & Affordable at Home Spa Experience
I absolutely love this at home sauna! It is perfect for my needs, and something I had considered for a while. After checking out many options, I finally decided on this one. I love that it includes red light therapy, and is spacious enough that my husband and I can enjoy it together. It is well made, sturdy, easy to clean, and heats up quickly. It was easy to put together, it took us about 15 minutes tops to build. I have used it twice, for 30 minutes each time, solo and with my husband. The chairs are comfortable, despite looking a bit small and held our weight with no issues. The zipper works well from the outside and inside. The humidifiers took about 10 minutes to heat up on the first use. One issue I had was running both humidifiers flipped my breaker. But even with just one going, I started sweating immediately and was drenched in sweat by the time I got out. It was very exfoliating and my skin felt softer the next day. We also both felt very refreshed and relaxed after using it.Saunas aren’t just great for relaxation and your skin, they also provide many health benefits that are important to me. Regular use can aid in stress reduction, reduce anxiety, promote sleep, and help with muscle recovery and pain management. Sweating helps to detox your body by eliminating toxins and impurities. It has been shown to lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation and improve respiratory health. Red light therapy has many of the same benefits, so it is a great addition. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely use it regularly!

Very spacious with red light therapy, but fairly significant caveats
This larger sauna is functional, spacious, and comfortable option for two people, especially compared to my smaller sauna that is a tight squeeze even for one person.The red light panel is my favorite feature. This is similar to the red light panel used at the spa I attend. This is really a surprising feature to include in such an affordable at-home sauna.However, there are significant caveats.First, this took a while to set up. This is more involved than my smaller pop-up style sauna, which assembles in just a minute or two. This takes maybe 15 minutes to assemble, and another 15 minutes to disassemble. This is not something I can throw up, use, and tear down quickly. This is something that I have to plan ahead to leave up for at least a week or so at a time to make it worth the effort.Further, since this uses the old fashioned tent pole style connectors, there are a lot of pieces to keep track of. One time, I dropped or misplaced one of the plastic connector pieces, rendering the entire thing useless until I could find that missing piece. The storage bag does keep things somewhat organized, but there needs to be more compartments or a separate case for the smaller pieces, because they end up a jumbled mess at the bottom of the bag.It’s also a significant space commitment. It’s 3 feet (36 inches) x 50 inches (more than 4 feet). And of course I must allow room to get in and out of the unit.With my previous smaller spa, I felt comfortable using it inside despite the risk of drips and steam in the house. However, this one has two steamers, so it has significantly more steam and drips. It’s too much moisture for the inside of the house, and it’s too big to use in the bathroom. For me personally, I feel the only option is to use it outside. However, using it outside is a seasonal thing. During the winter, the heaters take significantly longer to heat up, and the overall temperature output is lower. So on cold days, when I need it the most, it is also the most hassle and takes longer.Also this is not really built for outdoor use. In fact, the fabric is thinner than expected even under normal circumstances. It looks nice and even somewhat professional at first. But after several uses, the fabric begins to sag a little bit.I was also surprised that the internal supports were metal instead of plastic. They are not stainless steel or aluminum, so it is susceptible to rust.It takes quite a bit of steam to fill this larger unit, this is about 2.5x the cubic footage as my smaller sauna. So it definitely needs both of the heaters that are included. However one challenge I had was plugging both heaters into the same circuit or outlet. At 1300 watts each, I discovered that I had to be very careful about having anything else plugged into that circuit, or it would trip the breaker.It is very quiet, makes no noise at all. The chairs are comfortable. There are several things I love about this. But I do have mixed feelings about the overall value given some of my concerns.
