Iâve been doing calisthenics off and on for a while now. As of late Iâve been the most consistent Iâve been since my twenties which is great but plateauing quickly has been an issue. The pull-up bar on the power-tower in my driveway has a 45 degree bend in at the end and well, no matter how hard Iâve tried I could only get one or maybeee two. Now with the help of the resistance/spotter bands I do sets of 8. Rips up the wings and upper chest (possibly other places also just the ones I notice). I havenât started weaning myself off of them as Iâve only had âem a few days but so far Iâm happy with the quality and ease of use. My only criticism would be the holding bags are a smidge too small. You have to really wind the thing up to make it fit in the bag. Not a big deal but another inch would make a world of difference- no, âthatâs what she saidâ jokes thanks. ð Overall good quality, works as intended.

Hello! I hope anyone that buy these bands find my review helpful! (As Iâm writing this review, Iâve only owned them for a week or so, so I canât give you an in-depth durability review).I will primarily be using these bands for assisted calisthenics exercises, instead of a replacement to weight training, so review will only reflect assisted uses.First Impressions:It is nice that they included one bag for each band in the sets.Out of the box, they did come out pretty dusty / chalky. My guess is that it keeps the material from sticking (as bands usually do) onto itself or the bag. It also does have a strong rubber smell that sticks to your hands after you use it. This may or may not matter to you, I just thought Iâd warn you before opening it in your room.As far as the performance goes, compared to other pull-up bands Iâve used, these bands are on the stiffer side (of course it depends on which band strength you used). I found the medium and light bands particularly stiff in comparison with other sets of bands that I have used. Is this a problem? Definitely not. They are pretty standard as far as pull up bands go.Conclusion? TL;DR:Performance – Pretty goodDurability – (TBA)Stiffness – Pretty stiffOverall quality – good, it just smells very rubbery.(I will be returning to this review in a few months after using it to give it a durability review)

I was disappointed with this purchase. This was partially my fault. I was expecting to receive a set of bands and it was just 1 band. The band I received was very thin and flimsy. I would not purchase this again.
