I absolutely love red light therapy, and I have several different devices for it, but the masks are definitely my favorite. Theyâre super easy to use, and I typically do my sessions at night while relaxing in the tub. The straps keep it securely in place, so Iâve never had to worry about it slipping off. Just a heads-up, thoughâif you try this, be cautious! The mask has different light settings, and I mainly use the red and blue lights. Since Iâve started, my skin feels much smoother, softer, and more even-toned. As for wrinkles, itâll take time, but Iâm definitely not giving up!
