Excellent product, provides continuous monitoring of solar system
With the 300 shunt in series with the battery, it provides accurate monitoring of my solar system and SOC via the internet as long as you have a bluetooth device and internet access. Great to be able to see what’s gong on 24/7 without the need to be there.

Works great and easy to set up
Remember this is a WiFi device, plug in using usb c plug and update and connect to wifi before install. Trying to do it from RV can be a pain because of signal strength. I bought this to have wifi control over my RV system. if you just want bluetooth use the phone app. I have 800 watts solar, rover 60 controller, shunt300, and 600AH of batteries. All is Renogy. Easy to install just make sure your trailer is level and when installing mount pay attention to the bubble level. once done press calibrate button on your phone to calibrate to zero. I was .2 degrees side to side and .8 end to end but it was good enough to be considered level. hit calibrate and it says 0 in both directions. awesome product for the price. the only thing better is Victor electronics at 3 times the price.

Buggy is a nice way of putting it.
This is Renogy’s signature monitoring product, and it’s pretty terrible from a software usability point of view. The One Core must be on WiFi in order to setup, and doesn’t function well to at all when on Bluetooth. Waiting to hear back from Renogy for help.I had to write this review in the meantime because it should not be this hard.

Terrible, don’t buy
This is a terrible addition to the system. Other Dc-Dc chargers will give you the same system status. I bought for the leveling system. But, you can only link it to your phone and app by having the core on wifi. Even though it will link to other renogy devices with Bluetooth, it WILL NOT BT to your phone. So if you are at a campground without wifi, you cannot use app to level, then you can Hotspot it, but if you don’t have cell service that won’t work. (When I Hotspot it, each time I have to go to the core unit head and re-enter the password). Tech guy at renogy say to mount it near the driver, well maybe if you have a RV that you can do that, but what about a camper. This thing is a paper weight. And now it has broken and is not accepting normal power, and the C.S. is terrible dealing with warranty issues.

Renogy = terrible product and customer support.
This product and anything Renogy makes is complete junk. Their customer service takes weeks to resolve issues. This unit has faulty Bluetooth and wifi. Not able to connect to either. Rv leveling completely offline inside renogy app. Spent hours on phone with customer service and they couldnât figure it out. Then they make you go through weeks of waiting to try to let their team figure out or diagnose the problem, In hopes that you give up and move on. I would buy a better brand. The entire solar system I purchased from them had problems. Rover controller came with BT1 module and was setup to only work with BT2. Took weeks to correct this. Renogy Solar suit case I purchased came in and had their black adhesive smeared all over the collection grid. Took weeks to resolve this. Keep moving on to a more reputable brand.April 9 2025 I get an email that Renogy infringed on the tv leveling patent and the function is going to be removed. This is the biggest reason I bought this. What a bad company to deal with.
