Customers say
Customers find the renovation kit works well, is easy to install, and offers good value. The appearance receives positive feedback, with one customer noting it looks brand new. The quality and fit receive mixed reviews – while some find it well-made, others report poor quality, and while some say it’s an exact fit, others mention issues with the plastic cover. The plastic material is criticized for being used instead of metal, and several customers report missing parts, particularly the small seal ring.

Replacement parts
I ordered these replacement parts to fix a loose and wobbly bathtub handle, and they worked perfectly. Installation was simple, and the handle now feels sturdy and secure again. What I liked:⢠Exact fit: The parts matched my existing setup and snapped into place without any modifications.⢠Good quality: Everything felt solid and well-madeânot flimsy or cheap like some other kits.⢠Easy to install: Even with basic tools and minimal DIY experience, I had it fixed in no time.⢠Saved me money: Instead of replacing the whole fixture, I was able to just swap out the worn parts and make it like new.If your bathtub handle is getting loose or worn, this is a cost-effective and easy solution. Definitely recommend!

1970s new again. Works perfectly
This kit worked perfectly. I was hoping I’d be able to pull out a cartridge and replace it, but I found a strange ball valve and seals and springs. Wasn’t sure how that was fixable. I was going to order just a kit of guts, but when I found this set I thought about how hideous my existing valve set was, I figured I’d gamble with it. Turned out to work perfectly, looks great in a 1970s way. I’ll end up remodeling and changing the look, but for now it’s nice and shiny, functional and new. No more crusty water deposites and leaks.

missing parts
All plastic bags in the box was ripped.. Parts were missing. The package I received was a obviously returned item. It was sold to me without inspecting the contents.

Works, but know what you’re getting…
Does fit the Delta 600 series. But if you have the push valve to switch from shower to tub, be aware that the escutcheon plate does not have the hole for that. It’s clearly obvious in the photos–I just didn’t notice it in my excitement. Doesn’t matter much to me because my old plate is still okay (and the new one is very cheap plastic, as others have noted), so I’ll just reuse it. But it could be an issue if your set-up is like mine and you’re looking to replace the plate.Incidentally, if you’re having trouble getting the brass retaining ring off your old assembly, try heating it carefully and judiciously with a torch. Worked for me, and it’s infinitely easier than trying to saw it off.

Perfect Replacement Parts
Perfect replacement for a 50 year old leaky, corroded fixture. Fortunately, I didn’t have to replace the original valve. All the parts fit.

Great product!
I used this to update a brass shower fixture and it worked great – looks brand new! I had to spray paint one small section gray – and the ball and dial fit right on with no plumbing issues/needs. Recolorized my grout and got a new shower head. Great way to get a new shower for such a small price!
