An experience like no other.
I decided to give this a try after being absent from a routine after 8 years. Let me tell you. With the right workouts, you will target parts you never knew you had! These are some very strong bands. Each one has a band of resistance so as you get stronger you can combine them for progression. The bands are labeled so you can easily track what band you done and when to use the next one. For something under 30 dollars, it’s worth buying it as an addition or by itself. Working out with these bands are worth your time and easy to use with the right guidance.Go on line and look for the exercises. The guide that comes with it doesn’t seem worth your time honestly.

Looks solid, clean and nice i just always hope with stuff like that to be durable on the long run meaning in 2 years it won’t tear up. I try my best to keep it away from too much hest or too much cold because that affect the material the most and this one looks pretty decent for the price. Giving 5 stars for now

With the price I got and whatâs inside the bag it is a really nice deal, strength is good, I stretched it in many ways, itâs impossible to break, at least by human. One thing bothers me itâs the smell, I think it happen to most of products, but the one I got has really strong plastic smell, it doesnât seems like can go off by time, and it really resisting my motivation to use it

Kit d’élastiques acheté mi-avril (donc y a 1 mois 1/2) et l’une des élastiques vient de lâcher d’un coup (l’une des plus résistantes du kit). Et bien en plus c’est celle qui est à utiliser dans la plupart des exercices pour le Dos (celle de 60-100 lbs). Je fais 2 séances/semaines donc elle n’aura pas été utilisée plus de 10/12 séances.Bref je suis très déçu. Cela aurait cassé au bout de 6 mois à la rigueur.. mais là aussi tôt, pfff. Le pire, c’est que je suis un petit gabarit (1m73 pour 68kg) et pas très musclé. Je n’imagine pas un vrai adepte de musculation bien musclé, le kit va lâcher rapidement je suppose….
