Nice set of bands for somebody just starting to work out again.
I feel like the Retrospec Activate Resistance Loop Band Set is good for beginners and older folks who may have medical issues and sore, stiff joints who are looking at doing a simple workout routine. I like that they were color coded and that they came with a little bag to store them all in and felt like they were a good price for what you were getting. As many others have mentioned these bands might not be the best for folks who are doing a heavier workout, but I found they gave a good amount of resistance to me and I wasn’t overly worried about them snapping.

Not worth your money
Firstly, these appear to be several shades of blue/teal in the listing photo, but these are 100% green in real life. Secondly, these are PAPER thin. I reckon these would snap within only a handful of times using them. Not to mention how they would roll up so easily when working out.

Not what I was expecting.
Not sure what I thought I was buying, expected to be able to use these for around my ankles or knees or thighs while sotting at work. The bands to roll up to the point where it’s uncomfortable. Like a rope instead of a flat band. Even trying to use them for arm exercises is not comfortable either.
