Comfortable, looks good, plus sunscreen protection
I love this foundation. It’s light and comfortable to wear, even for folks like me who are allergic to most makeup. Despite that it’s a light foundation, it covers blotchy spots or uneven skin areas every well. It goes on easy, and I love that it’s SPF 34, providing the extra bonus of sunscreen coverage. If I’m going to be in the sun, I’ll often wear it on top of an SPF 50 mineral sunscreen, for an extra layer of sun protection. It also covers the typical white cast on skin that even the mot sheer mineral sunscreens can cause. And the price is great!

It smells like latex paint and doesn’t last
I don’t know if it was the particular bottle I received, but this foundation smelled like latex paint. It was awful! I have very oily skin, especially through the t-zone. The foundation applied okay with a sponge and set down all right initially. But then throughout the day, it settled into every line, crease, and pore on my face. I had shine breakthrough in just 2 hours. And it looked terrible by the end of the day! I will never buy this again.

How effective is the SPF when there is no expiration date on container?
I searched for a long lasting foundation with 30 or more SPF. I looked at the Revlon website and after reading the label and ingredients of Colorstay Light Cover foundation it seemed perfect. There are several different type sunscreens effective for UVB and UVA protection. It was hard to find it, so I have a feeling it is on its way out. I have a light to medium skin tone with a neutral undertone. I chose the color Creme Brulee. It’s a good match. It spreads on easily. It has a mostly matte finish with a slight luminosity (no shimmer or glitter) and light to medium coverage . It has a light clean chemical scent that isn’t unpleasant. It has a tacky, sticky feel to it, so I won’t hold hands with a critical person. My problem with this product is that there is no expiration date, so how effective is the SPF? I will use it still, but I’d wear another sunscreen with it. I don’t like how the seller placed a large sticker across the label, so it is blocking some of the information and it was tearing at the original label when I tried to remove it. I wouldn’t purchase this product again.

Sticky
I was looking for a lightweight skin tint, but this was sticky and splotchy, and made my skin look much drier than it actually is.
