Upgrade the air you breath everyday
Iâm going to give a thorough run down of my experience of owning the Breezeguard thus far since so little of it is available on the internet.Why I bought itThe RiA Breezeguard is the latest consumer product from RiA who has been in the commercial medical grade products used in hospitals and clinics. Ever since covid, Iâve been looking for an air purifier for home use especially given I have younger age children.Functionally this product has all the key features a single family is looking for especially living in California. Humidifier, air purification, UV. Stylistically this machine is also impressive. I was looking for a machine that blends into my modern home and not visually obtrusive and it delivers. One of my favorite features is the digital display on the unit. It really tells you that itâs working by showing you the 2.5 air quality. One time we were cooking with our windows and doors closed and the machine automatically detected the change in air and started running on high while the numbers are in the 300s. You immediately see the numbers on the display started to come down as the machine does its magic.Order and deliveryâ¨The order and delivery process went very smoothly through Amazon Prime. For a product of its size and machinery I was a little concerned about time itâll take to deliver but it is handled like any typical shipment.PackagingIâm very impressed with the productâs packaging. As I mentioned I was concerned about ordering a product of its size and machinery but the packaging was superb in protecting the unit from damage through transport.UnboxingVery straightforward in opening the box and unpacking. The only caveat Iâd say is I had to turn the box upside down to let gravity pull the machine out of the outer box since itâs packed very snug. One thing worth mentioning is I thought the filters were very smartly packed within the machine and clearly labeled with how they should be installed when you remove the clear plastic. This saves valuable space in packaging and is more sustainable.SetupGetting this machine up and running is pretty easy. Once you have gotten everything out of the box, you just have to open up all the filters and install it on the machine according to instructions. What makes this easier is that all the filters are already kind of in place so you just need to unwrap the plastics and put it back where you found it. Lastly you have to add water for the humidifier function. I add my filtered drinking water in here as I have hard water in my area.The machine also supports wifi connectivity to control all the functionality. I got it to work you just have to make sure you connect to 2.4ghz wifi network.OperationsI have to say Iâm very impressed with how quiet the machine is. Most of the time I forget itâs there and on.ConclusionAgain great machine and thoughtfully executed. I highly recommend this machine for any health-conscious family looking for an upgrade to the air you breathe at home everyday.

Iâve been using this air purifier for a while, and overall, itâs been a great addition to my home.What I Like:⢠Easy App Control: The Smart Life app makes it convenient to adjust settings and check air quality from my phone.⢠Quiet Operation: It runs very quietly, which is a nice surprise. I barely notice itâs on.⢠Fast and Effective: It clears dust and odors quickly, and I can feel the difference in air quality.⢠Auto Mode is Handy: I like that it adjusts itself based on air quality, so I donât have to think about it.Things to Keep in Mind:⢠A Bit Pricey: Itâs on the higher end, but given the performance, I think itâs worth it.⢠Slightly Large: It takes up some space, and wheels would make it easier to move, especially for older users.Overall, Iâm happy with it. It does the job well and has been a solid investment for improving indoor air quality.

UPDATECUST SVC EMAILED AND I FOUBD THE APP bought this unit after a lot of research. It works great, but there are a few bad marks:1. No contact information for questions, or assistance.2. The bar code to download the App is actually a subscription to a Health Spa in California and they trick you into subscribing then tell you it is for a Health Spa.3. So there is no RIA AIR App in existence.4. I returned it, could not figure out what App to use, it refers to a warranty card, but there is no warranty card.RUN AWAY DO NOT BUY THIS MADE IN CHINA AND NO APP AND NO CONTACT NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION.IT IS A SCAM.

I was not sure at first to purchase this purifier it’s not cheap but I needed a machine that could do both purifier and humidifier and it does with a quiet motor easy to use display remote control and wifi connection for your phone download the smart life app from the play store it looks good with a sleek elegant design it cleans my whole house i have a open plan style over2000 square feet you can turn on and off uv, ion function control fan speed auto or timer setup and a 3 layer filter system with a HEPA filter and a digital PM2.5 to give you a accurate reading of your air quality the Ria BreezeGuard is a Great investment for your home you will sleep better breathe better the air in your home is clean odorless free of bacteria and viruses i even added a 3year protection plan because I will be using this machine everyday I am very happy with this purchase

Doesn’t Humidify
Can’t hook up phone app. The water stays in the water compartment, not humidifing the air.Customer service is horrible.Save your money
