Incredible!
I have had robot vacuums for quite a while and this vacuum is really incredible. The app allows you to adjust everything from the amount of time it washes the mop to how often it returns to the base and the amount of suction you want. The set up was so easy and it made a perfect map of the house on the first run. The only improvement that would be great is its ability to clean edges – I have had others do better. However, all things considered this mop was the best purchase I made this year.Now ⦠if they could only make a robot vacuum that could pick up the pet hair on the stairs I would never have to vacuum or mop myself ever again! ð

Decent, but could have been amazing if manufacturer didn’t cheap out
I quite like this and am happy we bought it. It has been cleaning well for the last month or so. The dust bag is big enough we haven’t needed to replace it yet. The water we replace every 3-4 days. Monthly maintenance is a simple 16 steps (with sub-steps if you do all of it – it is pretty involved!)The disappointing things are that it didn’t come with everything. No little detergent or replacement parts other than dust bag. So if you buy this, you are also committing to buying the parts on a regular basis.It is quite though, and gets up “hills” in the floor fairly well.

Doesn’t come with any cleaning solution
Just got the machine, have not put it through it’s paces yet, but just in case you’re thinking about purchasing, it does not come with any cleaning solution and they explicitly say not to use any other kind. For this kind of money, There is no excuse not to include a small bottle of cleaning solution. It does come with one spare dust bag, but as of this writing on 2/16/2025 there are none available to purchase. I’m ordering the cleaning solution now, and will update this review once I get to know the machine better.Update…3/5/25Support contacted me after writing this review and paid for my cleaning solution. I understand now why it’s not included, it takes a whole bottle! Not sure how long that lasts, we’ll see. As for performance, it does a great job distinguishing between our throw rugs and hard floor, increasing the suction on the rugs. We had an old roborock before, and the app was not great. The new app is way better, but then again this machine has alot more features. The mop function is better than I expected, I just did a small room, the kitchen. Vacuum and mop each took about 10 minutes, which seemed decent. Did a really good job too, although there was no dried sauce on the floor or anything like that. Very happy so far, when we start dumping mop water and changing dust bags I’ll let you know how that goes.

Buyer Beware….
When the robot works, it works. However, the support team is the terminal issue. Sure, they can provide videos and offer answers to basic questions. They cannot and will not do anything for major issues beyond sending you a label and requiring the machine be sent back for sixty days for evaluation. This is fatal. If a company makes it hard to repair/replace the item and will not support their product then you have wasted your money. This was a new product with a defect in the water tank, easily handled with a part replacement which they refused to provide. Instead, they demanded I send it back for evaluation.

its amazing. Really. Game changer. Not sure what others are talking about, but this thing is great. Got rid of 3 other robots and now only this one. Floors have never been cleaner, even with professional cleaners coming weekly. use the AI option for cleaning. Setup schedules and wake up to a clean house.

Moro no Brasil, e primeiro que chegou com quase um mês antes. O que mais demorou foi quando parou na alfândega, mas não passou de uma semana e logo liberaram. A gente fica ansioso mas é bem certinha essa parte.Sobre o robô, que coisa linda! Venho de um xiaomi, que antes me atendia muito bem, e agora com esse parece que tenho um canhão em casa. O chassis consegue subir um baita degrau de minha casa e adorei isso! A limpeza é impecável, quase sem necessidade de passar um pano depois. Infelizmente é um produto caro, mas se estiver com dúvidas entre quais da mesma faixa de preço comprar, vá no Saros 10 sem medo!

I recently bought it and honestly, I love this robot vacuum! Itâs smart, easy to use, and the cleaning power is seriously impressive. I was surprised at how much dirt and dust it managed to pick up, even from areas I thought were already clean.One of my favorite things about it is how slim it is. It fits easily under my bed, sofas, and other furniture that are usually a hassle to clean underneath. I no longer have to worry about moving furniture around or struggling to clean tight spaces. This powerful machine effortlessly reaches places that my old vacuum never could.Another thing is that settng it up with my smart home was a breeze. Iâm an Apple user, so the fact that it connects directly with HomeKit made my life much simpler. However, some functions are limited in the home app, but it is still very useful.The robot has a very good AI implementation, it can recognized many obstacles in the house and avoid them correctly. Like chairs, power cords, etc. It is smart enough to deal with every home. I can also put it onto another floor because it can save multiple, up to 4 I think, maps. And it can recognize which floor it is going to clean by itself.The side brush is another nice featureâitâs great at sweeping dirt from corners and edges, ensuring every nook and cranny of my home is spotless.Overall, if youâre looking for a powerful, smart, and easy-to-use robot vacuum, the this is definitely worth the investment. Itâs made my home cleaner and my life easierâI highly recommend it!

Iâm very happy with how powerful the vacuum is and how well it vacuums and mops around edges. I have a cat with long hair which always caused my other robot vacuums to tangle. I have been using this robot for a month and Iâve had 0 hair tangles.I do have a couple of small gripes with the vacuum however. The AI obstacle avoidance and image recognition is horrible. At one point it recognized a book as a shoe and it thinks light reflecting on my dark hardwood floors is dirt. It spent almost 10 minutes trying to clean the same spot where there was just light reflecting. I ended up disabling the remopping events after this happened on 2 separate occasions.My other small annoyance is that if you vacuum hours or even a day after the robot mopped the floor, it will drip water from its water supply hole in the back. Itâs not a lot of water, but still annoying to have drips of water to wipe after the robot finishes vacuuming.Overall Iâm still very happy with the purchase. Iâm sure the AI recognition will improve. The cleaning effectiveness and detangling rollers are much more important for me.
