Very happy with this little machine
Iâm very happy with this little machine!! I got it on discount so that is part of the reason for the full five stars. Iâm not sure if it is worth the full price but I am so happy with it for what I paid.This was very easy to set up (because I read the directions) and maintenance is daily but simple. The first day we used it we immediately noticed a difference in our floors. We were shocked how much it picked up.The mopping feature is nice as well. Itâs pretty consistent and doesnât leave too much water at any single place so walking around isnât an issue when itâs in use.Thereâs a bit of a learning curve in where it might get stuck or have issues, but now that we know, itâs a lot easier to manage. For example, we have a thick pad underneath a rug which causes it some issue getting onto the rug. Sometimes it gets stuck and gives up or it will flip the rug over as it goes from wood floor to rug. Iâm hopeful that adjusting the rug and pad will fix that a little bit would fix that.The thing is very sturdy. It runs into things a lot as itâs mapping, which is just how it learns (and learns quickly!) but it doesnât seem to have a problem. My dog pawed it at first which I thought might leave a scratch but no issues.Itâs sort of loud, definitely quieter than a regular vacuum but I can still hear it in other rooms. When it runs into things there is a little thud but those lessen as it learns the area. Running it while everyoneâs asleep shouldnât wake anyone up since itâs mostly white noise.If it gets stuck it does alert you. Iâve had to rescue it a few times but that mostly happens because I left something on the floor that tripped it up.There are some larger pieces it doesnât get easily (stuffing from one of the dogâs toys) but overall it gets most things. Our dog sheds a lot (short hair German shepherd) and this vacuum is perfect for getting the majority of fluff that we never can seem to escape. This has saved a lot of energy and time because I donât feel like I have to pull out the vacuum every day to avoid accumulation.

the best mop for lazy people
Ive been using this for about over a week now. It handles pet hair, dust, and everyday messes on both hardwood and rugs with ease. I especially like how it maps the house and avoids carpets while mopping. This product is especially nice as someone who works full time! So now I wouldnât have to worry about having to clean the floors while im at work.Setup was simple, and the app makes it easy to schedule cleanings or control it remotely. It rarely gets stuck and always finds its way back to the dock. I do empty the dustbin and refill the water after each run, but thatâs a small price to pay for how much time and effort it saves me every day. Highly recommend for busy households!

Excellent value and very clean floors.
It was easy to set up and use. It vacuumed up a full tank of dirt on the first use. The mopping function worked well and the floors look very good now. A person needs to get any electrical cords on the floor up and out of the way as the machine can get tangled in them.

Great little Robot Vac!
I love this robot vac! It has great suction & picks up a lot of dust & dirt in itâs little bin! It goes over carpet edges easily! The mop function works great! The bin filter & mop pad are washable & easy to keep clean & reuse. I love the remote which lets me control the direction of the vacuum. Iâve been running my robot vac almost daily since it arrived because I live in desert conditions & have 2 small puppies and Iâm super surprised & impressed at the quality for the money! I didnât want a mapping robot vac because I vacuum different rooms at different times, depending on daily room traffic. I just shut the doors or block the entryway to focus on a single room-I get a very thorough cleaning that way. The charge is great and lasts up to nearly 2 hours, which is wonderful & something I didnât expect! It charges up quickly, but it needs to be in the room with the charging base before running out of charge to find its way back to the charger when running.Helpful tips: #1: Remove the sweeper brushes before vacuuming carpet so they donât get twisted in the carpet fibers or hair in the carpeting. Not a big deal if they do, the sweepers are easy to reshape if it happens.#2: be sure to pick up cords off the floor so it doesnât get caught in them & pull anything off of your shelves, end tables, etc.#3: remove the mop tank & mop board/pad before vacuuming carpet so the carpet doesnât get wet.#4: Empty the bin and/or the water tank after every use & wash the filter & mop pad often for best performance.All-in-all itâs a great little robot vacuum!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Vacuum works exactly as expected. It picks up dirt on the first pass and mops any stuck on dust from floors. Easy to connect to the cell phone. Â

Low maintenance tidying!
This vacuum has made my life so much easier. I donât have to sweep/vacuum as often. I still will, but I donât need to do it as much since this robot vacuum does the maintenance work for me. Itâs light weight, quiet, and just goes on about its business. It even mops too! Theres multiplication settings that allow you to spot clean, clean along the edges of the walls, zig zag, etc. this is a game changer!

Nice little robot
Shipped that day. I like the vacuum. It works very well for pet hair. It saves so much time. The mop part I am still figuring out. It seems like the mop head doesn’t quite touch the floor, but that may just be me not getting it right. I am very glad that it has a remote and I don’t have to use wifi. I am happy with it!
