Careless handlers?
The product itself is amazing. It didnât arrive damaged. Not sure if the handlers were just careless. But itâs just a small crack on the top so not a big deal.

These were great! Big with plentiful of room. The stuff I stored in these I had stored in boxes before. Roaches got into the boxes. Horrible. I will only use these containers for storage from now on. And they are so easy to stack onto of each other. They are built that way.

It’s exactly how it’s described and customer service was excellent
I needed this storage tote for a specific purpose, and it is perfect! It’s sturdy, the lid stays on, and it’s not overly heavy. The first shipment arrived cracked. I contemplated trying to duct tape it together, but quickly decided I was not going to do that with a $95.00 storage bin. I contacted the seller, and within 24 hours they had contacted me with a return label and they even scheduled a FedEx pick up at my home. They sent the replacement before they got the return, and the whole process only took three days longer which was actually in the original timeframe for the first delivery. While no one wants to mess with a return on a product this large, it was caused by the delivery company and the seller made it right in a friendly and timely manner. The cost is high, and I would have given it four stars for “Value for Money”, but honestly I couldn’t find this size in any home stores, and found smaller ones for not much less. Would recommend.

They shipped it damaged
The lid arrived cracked in several places. Itâs huge so returning it is not convenient especially during a pandemic. Not at all happy with the quality. The shipping box was undamaged so basically they loaded a damaged product into the box for shipping anyway. I feel that they should just ship me a new lid free of charge and without my having to go to the trouble of repackaging a HUGE container box and try to carry it in to a facility to ship. Will not purchase from them again.

flimsy lid
i found the item to be good for my use. i use it to feed feral cats, and it is better than the other tote i had. however, the lid came broken. since i only use the lid to put the tote on, it didn’t matter. i consider the lid to be rather flimsy and would not suggest this tote be used outside for storage purposes. mammoth, the store from which the tote was purchased was very responsive. he offered me a partial refund since i decided to keep the tote. i didn’t send a picture as it was more trouble to dismantle the thing.

Watertight & weather proof
Iâve been storing my outdoor cushions in this since summer- itâs now winter. Itâs been watertight through rain in summer & now I have it on my covered porch in winter and itâs fine. Cheaper and lighter than those big deck boxes. Only thing is the top has faded in color a bit but not an issue for me. You cannot sit in this like a bunch either- also I donât care about that but some might.

I am so disappointed by the quality of this Rubbermaid tote…its so much thinner than all the other rubbermaid totes I have, which I loveWhy…???? :-(why claim this and make such a poor version of the tried and true rubbermaid flex plastic.BUT…The company “Shop Oh Canada” who took care of this issue…WOW I am so impressed with the quick and effortless responseTHANK YOU MANY TIMESYOU GUYS ROCK
