Expensive but work great
$40 apiece seems way over-priced but I caved in and bought them anyway because Rubbermaid makes good stuff. These twist-lock into the bottom of my 30 gallon Rubbermaid trash bins (maybe others also?). Roll super easily around the workshop with no hiccups and no tendancy to fall over. Bases stay tight to the bins, too. Still feel expensive but they seem sufficiently rugged to last the rest of my life.

Rolls easily and fits perfectly with the Rubbermaid Brute trash can.And now⦠as to shipping. Congratulations on getting this to me in a timely way. The rest of this post is not directed to this product or this seller, but to Amazon and UPS. WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER??? I currently have FOUR packages delayed being shipped by UPS. Amazingly, some other packages being shipped by UPS have been delivered, most of them on time. I’m a member of Amazon Prime and am supposed to get free delivery within 2 days. Hey, if it’s 3 I never say a word. But 6, 8 or by the time things finally arrive, 10 days?UPS says it is due to ‘inclement weather’ as to the reason for the delays. REALLY? Here’s a news flash, UPS: It is winter. It gets cold. It often snows. It does this each year. It is called a season. So tell your drivers to put on hats and gloves and put chains on your tires and go do the job you are getting paid to do.Of the 4 packages being delayed, there is no expected delivery date. At the earliest, it will be 5 days LATE. No, not a total of 5 days, rather 5 days late. Amazon, you really need to consider another source besides UPS. Your drone idea made for a nice media splash, but with your money, why not start a competitor to UPS and FedEx?

Too expensive but it does the job well
I hesitated a long time before buying — too much money! It shouldn’t be that much. But it works — good design (5 rollers really is better than 4), and very strong. I could wish the wheel brackets were stainless steel instead of plated metal — especially at the price! — but I guess only time will tell whether rust will become an issue. So if this is what you really need, then bite the bullet and pay the price.

Great for Trash Collection Inside and Out
I coupled this roller assembly with an Amazon thirty gallon heavy duty neoprene trash can several months ago and they are both still going strong and holding up very well. It’s ‘portable’ trash collection all around the house at a great price!

This thing is awesome! You put the Rubbermaid Commercial Brute 20lt Waste Container on top of this, then turn the bin to lock it onto the wheeled base, and you’re set. Obviously great for garbage, but I used it to catch rain water from my RV, put the lid on, and could then wheel it elsewhere to use the water. This product is sturdy, and can old the weight of a 20lt garbage can full of water, no problem. The wheels work smoothly. I’m very happy with it, so far.
