Great tool.
I have owned Ryobi tools for 20+ years. This brushless drill is 5 star. Powerful. Small in size too. I have had the original, blue 18v, the next couple of generations as well. This is the best so far. Great price and being able to use the same batteries on all tools is such a benefit.

This drill has performed very well, over a year and ryobi quality seems to get better and better. I won’t pay the high prices for other brands any more. I am a cabinet maker and also do many projects around the home.

An amazing drill. Great price.
This drill is very powerful, feels good in your hand, and is very durable. One small caution: If you havent adjusted the clutch to a lower setting, and your drill bit or screws snags, it can powerfully twist out of your hands. It is a beast. Also it is soooo powerful that if you are not careful you can drill your screw all the way through your wood, strip out wood as you drive a hex head, or squeeze out rubber seals. Again, use your clutch intelligently. I would rather have the power and use skill, than to have a weak tool. I like this but I have to respect that it can be a monster if not used carefully.

Iâve Had It for a Week and Already Feel Like a Power Tool God
Iâve been using this RYOBI drill for about a week, and Iâve gotta sayâit makes me feel way more capable than I probably am. Iâve fixed things that didnât need fixing. Hung things I didnât even want. At one point, I just stood in the garage with it, waiting for something to screw. Itâs that satisfying.The power on this thing? Chefâs kiss. Itâs brushless and cordless, but it drives screws like it’s got something to prove and it doesnât feel like Iâm holding a cinder block. Smooth trigger, solid grip, and enough torque to make drywall tremble in fear.If youâre debating on this drillâjust do it. One week in and Iâm already looking around the house like, âWhat else can I drill?â My wife is slightly concerned. I, however, am living my best DIY life.

As soon as I got this in my hands I can immediately tell that there is power in this drill.compared to my $50 Black&Decker this is a good upgrade for me, other than getting use to the weight difference but I put that on the battery I’m using. I’m very satisfied with it, oh and the only small adjustment I did was add a bit holder.

I used this to replace a previous version of this drill. This drill seems sturdier and includes metal parts where some were plastic on the old drill. I have had limited experience, but strong performance so far.
