Excellent sound quality and good noise cancelling.
These are my first ear buds I’ve owned, so I don’t have a lot to compare but I really like these. I have a Samsung phone, tablet and watch so I thought getting these would make using them with my devices seamless and I wasn’t disappointed.I received these and they came in the original box with original instructions which was nice and unexpected for being “renewed”. And unlike some of the horror stories I’ve read in this review section before purchasing, mine came clean and free from any earwax which was a relief, though I disinfected them for good measure.The charging case had some very slight scratches and minimal signs of wear, but the earbuds themselves seemed as brand new. It came with a charging cable without a charging block which I like because I have oodles of left over charging blocks and that’s less e-waste to worry about.Unfortunately though, they only came with one set of earbud tips and not the three sizes a brand new one would come with. The size I got wasn’t a great fit for my ears, they worked sort of if I jammed and twisted it into my ears with some force and sometimes fell out. I don’t have a clue to which size I received, but after a few weeks of disappointing results and a low opinion of these buds, I ordered some memory foam tips that came with three different sizes and I’m glad I did. They changed everything for these ear buds in my experience, the fit, the feel, how much better the noise cancelling worked, how much better the sound quality was, and so on.This is my first noise cancelling personal audio device I have owned and with the memory foam tips it works quite well. I always imagined it would better than what experienced, but understand that you can’t block out all background noise, but it’s a notable feature.The Samsung Wear app has some nice settings you can easily change on them along with a quick slide bar to turn on noise cancelling or ambient noise. There’s a few preset equalizer settings you can change, I didn’t notice a whole lot of difference between them, but I listen to more podcasts than music.The sound quality is nice, clear, clean, and quality. The 360 audio does seem to add a depth to music I especially appreciate. They don’t get too loud at the maximum volume setting which might be a turn off for some, but plenty loud enough for me and my ears sensitivity.A single charge tends to last between five to five and a half hours for me, which is a decent chunk of time and I’m up and running again after placing them in the charging case for 15 minutes for the rest of my work shift.Overall I’m happy I purchased these after I got the memory foam tips, before that I was a bit on the fence.

The best Bluetooth I’ve ever had but…..
In my opinion, these are almost the perfect Bluetooth. This is the second pair I’ve owned. The first was stolen so these are the replacement pair.Pros: The sound is awesome even if these are a bit dated. I’m not a sound buff with all the technical knowledge that goes into sound quality, but for my purposes the work. Music sounds great and the calls come through very clearly even in noisy environments. I drive a truck for a living and these are as good as any “truck driver” Bluetooth.Sound cancelling works if you need to block out extra noise.Ambient mode is pretty cool since you can still hear your surroundings through the speaker in the ear buds. There’s also a setting in the app where you can automatically activate ambient mode while playing music if the ear buds detect a voice nearby.The wireless charger is a nice touch as well as the fact that the case itself can charge the earbuds 2 to 3 times before needing to be charged itself.Cons: Sound cancelling is annoying. It feels like it creates pressure in the ears while trying to block out excess noise.Battery life is not the best. After about 2 hours of music or video audio, the low battery alert sounds.The buds may cause ear fatigue if you’re not used to having buds in your ears. I had silicone tops that kept slipping out when not sitting upright. I got some foam tips that work well, it just takes getting used to.They’re hard to keep clean. Cleaning them daily will probably be the best route or you’ll lose sound until you clean them.All in all, I would recommend these as long as you can find tips that work for you.

It came in the original box which to be honest was beat to hell, but that was literally the only issue. The case, the buds, the cable, the additional rubber inserts for different size ears, were all in pristine condition. Not even a scratch on them. The sound on them is incredible. Awesome, deep bass and no distortion at high volume and they reach really high volume to jam out to your favorite tunes. Considerably better than the Buds+ I also own. These were one of the best buys I’ve made considering my apprehension regarding buying a used product. If you want quality earbuds at an affordable price, these are definitely for you. Even if you have the money, I’d still recommend them. They look absolutely brand new. I added a 2 year warranty to ensure some longevity, though I’ve had good luck with Samsung products in the past, for the most part.

I tried so hard to like these… using them in different situations with different devices… I’ve purchased at least 7 kinds of after market squishy tips in all of the sizes. I pulled at my ears from across my head during insertion… tried all of the things, yet still I hate these. So much. They don’t fit. At all. They spitefully roll so far away and then under whatever can be the most inconvenient when they fall out. Or straight into a garbage can when available. I can’t even cram them in constantly because it that just pushes the “buttons” and screws everything up. The voice recognition endeavors to prevent me from singing along with the music! Maybe a setting could be changed? But the software is a pain in the rear and I can’t clunk through every time singable song plays. When they are in the ear buds look stupid and feel heavy. I can still hear the neighbor dog barking thru the noise canceling. The use of multiple devices is… prohibitively cumbersome. I had to hunt down a reddit hack to connect to my iPad and that allowed only the most basic use. The battery life sucks. These have proved terrible in every way. I could go on with the details but it’s making me cranky. These suck and I hate them. The end.

Ciertamente, al tratarse de AudÃfonos con este precio no se espera nada menos que perfección en la medida de lo posible, para ser francos nuevos son bastante caros, yo los he conseguido casi a mitad de precio en RENEWED y estoy enamorado de ellos.El sonido es excelente, la cancelación de ruido a mi parecer es bastante bastante buena en la mayorÃa de los casos (exceptuando ruidos MUY intensos) la aplicación de los audÃfonos permite ajustes muy interesantes como configuración de toques, activar o desactivar la cancelación de ruido e incluso (muy útil para hacer ejercicio) desactivar los gestos táctiles.Lo que para mà es el PLUS del producto es la funcion de ruido ambiente, contrario a la cancelación de ruido, está permite escuchar con claridad lo que ocurre fuera de los audÃfonos como si no se tuvieran puestos, evitando tener que removerlos cada que hablamos con alguien o en situaciones en las que debemos estar al pendiente de lo que ocurre en nuestro entorno, también cuenta con una opción dentro de la app para que detecte cuando se comienza a hablar y automáticamente baja el volumen de la música y se pone en modo ambiente (si este no está activado) para que puedas escuchar a otras personas en una conversación.También son perfectos para llamadas, los he usado mucho en llamadas telefónicas y me han dicho que se escuchan con total claridad sin necesidad de alzar la voz.Por otro lado, y pasando a lo malo;La baterÃa no dura demasiado, esto a comparación de otros inalámbricos que he tenido, aún que es de entender que consuman más baterÃa estos audÃfonos por la cancelación de ruido y la detección de voz automática (que siempre tengo activados) en promedio los cargo entre 1 y 2 veces por semana por qué incluso el estuche de carga tampoco cuenta con suficiente almacenamiento de carga.Otro punto son las almohadillas de silicona que viene con el producto, en mi opinión son buenos y aÃslan bastante bien el ruida, pero son bastante blandos y se doblan al sacarlos de los oÃdos o ponerlos dentro, y con un poco de sudor al entrenar, por muy ajustados que estén, el silicón tiende a resbalarse de los oÃdos.Por último, no siempre se detecta mi voz al hablar, sobre todo cuando la música está a volumen alto, es ahà cuando los audÃfonos fallan más al momento de detectar la voz.Aún y después de todo eso, por el precio al que yo los conseguÃ, estoy más que satisfecho y solo me queda esperar que duren mucho tiempo.

‘Cuando los compre supe que era un producto Amazon Renewed y la verdad no le tenia mucha confianza. Mi pensamiento “Audifonos usados?, me llegaran con cera de otro?”, para nada. Si traen algun arañazo la caja de carga que no se ven si no te acercas a mirarlos. Para mi, todo se ve nuevo, la confianza de Amazon en enviar productos Grado A.Tengo audifonos por mucho tiempo. En cuando al producto funciona bien. No es la maravilla la cancelacion de ruido y el modo ambiente no es para mi, suena raro. Cargan muy bien los audifonos en su caja y la caja carga muy rapido con cargador normal (no recomiendo un cargador de muchos W porque sufre mas la bateria)

I have own many Earbuds over the last 8 years and with new technologies they keep getting better and better. The Samsung Galaxy PRO Ear Buds are the best in Sound quality, Microphone, & functionality when pair with a Samsung Smart device. They don’t have as long life as others, but 4 hours is enough before I need to quick charge anyway. I strongly recommend this refurbish product. Honestly I could NOT TELL they were NOT NEW!

Me sorprendió la calidad de los audÃfonos, no presentan ningún problema, la baterÃa funciona correctamente y llegó con un estuche resistente al agua, muy agusto con el producto. Sólo se nota un poco el uso en el estuche de carga, pero no genera ningún problema. Los audÃfonos muy cómodos y con buen sonido ð.
