Very nice Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C Facial Serum
This hydrating serum helps to retain your skin’s natural moisture and is loaded with antioxidants including the Green Tea extract. According to Sea-el, this is made for all skin types, even sensitive skin. I have no problems with it. It feels a little sticky at first application but that goes away quickly. No stains or marks left after application. The bottle is solid so there’s no fear of it breaking if dropped. The liquid flows smoothly out of the dropper and is easy to apply. Skin does seem to have a slight glow after applying.

The serum is the absolute best. I have really really sensitive skin. A lot of products on the market make my skin burn and cause redness on my face but this stuff has never once broken me out and leave my skin so supple and soft after I use it. Their matcha facial oil is amazing too. I use it after the serum and my face is super soft. I hope they never take these off the shelves. I love it so much.

Intense serum
This Sea-el Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C Facial Serum is on the thicker side and a little sticky. It also feels very intense/strong – though I should note that I have highly sensitive combination skin. I found that applying it only once every few days or over a thicker serum-like toner (some K beauty brands have good ones) helped to mitigate the intensity as using this everyday was a bit too much for me, personally.It has a very lovely and unique scent – a little like a citrusy kombucha. This might be due to a couple of fermented ingredients.It is water based and free of artificial fragrances, which I appreciated.When applied in a manner that works for your skin type, it does leave the skin with a nice glow, hydrates, and boosts radiance.

Dark color product in dropper
The dark color product inside the dropper is a bad sign. Vitamin C turns dark when it is expired. Couldn’t shake the product up enough to get it all to mix up. Product stayed dark inside the dropper. Made all of the other Sea-El products seem suspect.

I have purchased the serum twice now because I love the feel, how it moisturizes my face, and the smell is pleasant. I liked that it was developed by surfers so I know that sun exposure has been taken into consideration.I wish, however, that the shelf life was a bit longer. Halfway through the bottle, the color goes from a very light golden color to a dark orange tint. Nowhere on the bottle does it say to leave it in the refrigerator after you open it to prolong shelf live or anything like that so I donât know whether itâs affected by temperature; however, for the price I would love to be able to feel confident about itâs efficacy to the bottom of the bottle.The eye serum is amazing, btw! Just wish they worked a bit more on quality assurance of the face serum.
