Reliable Camera
Another update:This camera has been working flawlessly for 4 weeks now. No issues. Never lost a connection to wifi. Picture quality is great. Video in real time has nearly no latency. Lastly, the price point is spot on for the features this camera provides.Update:I have been using this camera for two weeks and the performance is great. The night vision is just as good as in the daylight. Setting up alerts is easy and this feature works good. I did order another one.Original review:Tried two ways to setup this camera. First, since I have prior experience setting up wifi devices before, I just unpacked the camera, then plugged power cable (supplied USB cable) waited until fully charged. Downloaded the wansview app (nice app) added the new camera and followed the app instructions and picked my wifi network /password and finished. Second method was to follow the supplied instructions. I follow the instructions, without skipping any steps and the camera connection was completed. That said, this camera has a very clear picture. The latency time is short, almost no delay. The Pan, tilt & zoom works great full 360°. The price is spot on. I will purchase again

AMAZING Camera! The B6 definitely exceeded my expectations.
Amazing Camera! I purchased the Cinnado B6 Security Wireless Outdoor 2K Camera for Home Security. This was ideal for me since I was looking for a WiFi camera for the Rear of my house with limited electrical outlets. This camera was perfect since I was able to mount it where I needed it. Presto! The camera comes with a Solar panel, and an additional separate charging option. Both work GREAT. Easy to adjust the camera position and the solar Panel for optimal use. The camera itself has Many features that appealed to me.The Image and Video quality combined with Motion Detection feature make this Camera a MUST for a Solar based option! A few features – Motion Detection, Color Night Vision, Smart Siren, Clear 2-Way Audio, and a Rechargeable Battery. Night vision is impressive! I use a 128GB SD card inserted – replay option of playback. The instructions are very user friendly, setting up was very easy. Mounting templates worked perfectly! You must download the Wansview Cloud App, then register with your email address. Be sure to keep your wireless password handy as you will need it to put the camera on your Wi-Fi network.Follow the instructions to power on the camera, paying attention to the flashing indicator lights. Once you see the lights as per the instructions, you can add the camera to the app using the add device option. The camera comes already charged and ready to go, if not you can plug in their supplied cable to charge via USB! The solar panel will keep the battery charged, just make sure you get a few hours of direct sunlight on the panel each day.Alternatively, you can use the supplied USB to charge the camera. As mentioned before, the camera is loaded with great features that are all accessible via the Wansview app and are laid out in an intuitive and user friendly manner. The camera has a âpan and tiltâ function. You can also set a âhomeâ position which returns the camera to a predetermined spot. The âtalkâ feature – speak and listen – via the app.Motion detection can be set up to capture either images or video ( need SD card or subscribe to cloud storage). The picture quality is Awesome! You can also use Zoom feature to inspect image/video.AMAZING Camera! The B6 definitely exceeded my expectations. Set up was very easy. Great Value, Great price! I highly recommend the Cinnado B6 Security Wireless Outdoor 2K Camera for Home Security!

Solar powered wifi camera works very well, but Iâd prefer a longer focal length (i.e. more zoom)
The first thing that struck me about the B6 camera was its heft. Itâs seemed somewhat heavier than I expected even without the solar panel which by itself is light. This is probably due to its motor and relatively large rechargeable battery. It took me a while to figure out how to separate the mounting bracket from the camera. You just need to pull the two apart, but I was reluctant at first due to fear of cracking the plastic. Itâs quite a clever system that wasnât intuitive to me and not addressed in the limited directions.Activating the camera and connecting to my wifi network was very straightforward. Once activated it performed very well except that it would sometimes go offline even though it was located relatively close to the wifi router. My original intention was to install the camera on my chimney to get a good birdâs eye view of my yard and be able to pan it to items of interest. Instead of trying to hard mount it to the masonry, I fastened the camera and solar panel to a 10â by 14â plywood panel with hooks. I then strung a thin cable around the flue to hang the camera and panel as one unit. I thought this location would be ideal since it receives a lot of sun to recharge the battery and can’t be easily accessed. However, I was a little disappointed after finally trying it out since the field of view is so wide that the roofline significantly limited what could be seen. Also, from that high vantage point the pan feature wasnât needed since everything not obstructed could already be seen. Furthermore, although the video quality is very good nothing could be seen with great detail since the camera is zoomed out relatively far. I would much prefer the camera have a longer focal length (i.e. greater zoom). The pan feature would be more beneficial and more distant objects could be better seen. Maybe in the future, the manufacturer will consider adding an adjustable/changeable lens that could be preset manually by the user for a wide or zoom view (hint, hint).Since the chimney location didnât work out so well, I relocated the camera and hung it from a fence in my backyard. Again, the pan feature is not really needed since the field of view is so large as can be seen from the photo. The IR feature works extremely well with very clear nighttime images. One can optionally use the built in LED lights for full color images, but the LEDs will consume additional battery power and the bright light can be intrusive. I didn’t play with the motion detection capability much, but it seems challenging to adjust the sensitivity between too easily triggered or not enough.I found it odd that the phone version (Android in my case) of the Wansview Cloud app thatâs recommended to control the camera has much more capability than the PC version. For example, none of the camera settings pertaining to motion detection, light and night vision, image rotation, etc are available on the PC version, only the phone version. If I were using this camera more seriously to conduct security monitoring, Iâd much prefer using a PC due to the larger display.

When reviews are (mostly) so positive, and being a fan of the Wansview App anyway, I was easily drawn towards this Cinnado Solar powered camera – and I was far from disappointed. Opened the box and found everything well packed and protected. Read the guide leaflet which leaves the odd question unanswered such as removing the click on mounting bracket by inserting a small flat head screwdriver into the slot. Also decided to charge up using usb cable prior to connecting.Good solid construction, well engineered, reassuringly positive click when attaching the camera….Activating and using the camera was totally straightforard and everything worked perfectly. The pan angle was initially less than specified but went into ” device management” and “calibrate PT console”which soon sorted that out….Picture quality is excellent as is colour rendition – my red shirt did seem a trifle brighter than the real thing but other reds were fine so perhaps it’s the shirt that is at fault….Installed a fat32 formatted 64Gb card – again, no hiccups. The three preset motion detection settings all worked but difficult to test precisely… I prefer the manual setting facility with the “human” sensing turned on thus avoiding lots of potential spurious alarm triggers. The is also a selectable and adjustable “privacy area” which, I guess, must have it’s benefits if you need to scramble a particulat area of a fixed view. Just need to cancel it before panning again.I also experimented with the solar panel which has a new (to me) and strong looking surface finish. On an overcast September day the panel charged charged well in the early morning light but I covered it up after about 6 hours to try and simulate mid winter conditions and found this was sufficient to maintain the battery level over 24 hours – didn’t use the led lighting or alarms, just plain monitoring and b/w night pictures but it does bode well for all year round use without the need to top up the battery. Also worth mentioning – the pan and tilt motors are quiet and smooth operators and the position memory facility (with labelling facility) is really useful too.Lots more to find but I am really impressed with this camera…..

At first, I was a bit skeptical about this 2K solar CCTV camera due to its low price. However, my worries were completely unfounded. The camera quality is amazing, providing clear and crisp images. It charges efficiently even in low light conditions, which is a huge plus.Setting it up was a breeze, and the accompanying app is user-friendly and intuitive. Initially, I used an SD card for storage, and it performed flawlessly. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase another camera and upgrade to the cloud storage option. The cloud storage has been fantastic, offering seamless integration and easy access to my footage. The iPad and zoom functions are amazing for a small camera.Overall, this camera has far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable security solution.

I bought this camera just to keep an eye on our garden when we are away from home. It was easy enough to assemble and connect and the app is very intuitive and was even able to connect it to our Google assistant as well so there was no problems there at all. If you would like to store your videos locally, I will warn you that you will need an SD card to go with this. It doesn’t come with one but even without the SD card, the cloud will still show you moments in time of any movement that happens. The lights turn on within set parameters when it does detect movement as well and comes up as motion alerts on your phone. The video quality seems to be okay but the one thing I did notice is that there was a slight delay in what was happening in real time and the video feed but that could be due to the fact that my Wi-Fi is far. Night vision on this is crystal clear as well, even without the light you can see into the darkness it is a very good camera. The only thing that would be nice if it was included. Even a small SD card would go a long way

Good little camera easy set up definitely value for money WiFi connectivity is spot on the camera quality is alright the storage capacity is alright there is an fee per month if you want to get the best out of it but the speed, it lags someone could get into my home before the camera even sends me a notification which isnât good enough I need it to be spot on with the timings and sending out the notifications as most people know in England the police donât always come out now for burglaries unless itâs an armed burglary so I need a camera that is spot on with speed of notifications but I will give this ago till I decide which security camera is best for what I need it for.

Excellent….I’m not great with setting up things and usually just leave it to my husband. However this was so easy to do…..downloaded app scanned qr code and connection to Internet ….DONE. Literally thst simple. The picture quality is excellent and also records in colour at night there’s numerous settings and you can set times for it to record. Charging really well via solar panel which surprised me as we’ve had week of rain and overcast skies. The seller emails to check you’re happy with your purchase which I thought was very thoughtful. You can subscribe to 30 days free video footage storage and then one of price each year.Overall we’re really pleased with the ease of installing…loading and all the features of this. There’s also a setting we use for the light to come on at night if anyone comes onto our premises…..such a great camera
