These headphones work great with my Samsung Galaxy Express 3 smart phone.
I bought these because I have never been happy with the various earbuds that I have purchased over the years. They never stay put in my ears. These headphones only weigh 4 ounces and are comfortably snug on my head. I don’t know if they would stay in place for jogging, but I am using them to listen to Enya (etc) on my back patio while watching the stars come out at night. The low bass is a few dbs down from where I would like it. But other than that, they sound great. I was concerned about the sky high impedance number, but the phone is handling it just fine. I figured that if these earpieces are good enough for djs, then they would work for me. The cord is far too long for my purposes, but zip ties are cheap.

Great monitor for on-stage bass playing
I play bass live on stage at church and haven’t found a set of IEMs that fit and reproduce the bass range. These are just the ticket. Light weight, comfortable, and a great “sound stage” for live performance. I’ll note that the actual stage volume at our church is pretty low, so YMMV. Definitely upgrade them as soon as you can with the Yaxi Type B earpads to get a more comfortable and better seal. Cord is the perfect length to the in-ear pack in my back pocket too. If you’re a bass player these may be the monitor you’ve been searching for.

Everything is great, except for the cable replacement which tends to be an issue with the HD25s
Minimalistic design, comfortable for long DJ sets (I often play weddings for up to 8 hours), and superb sound quality. The only downside is the cable replacement, which tends to be a recurring issue with the HD25s.

Summary is: sounds great, light weight, but not comfortable for all-day use. I bought these as a lightweight monitoring solution for daily teleconference calls – my full-sized Sennheisers sounded good but were really bulky and looked silly in a video conference call for work. So I bought this lighter/smaller set and they sound great. The interchangeable cable feature adds cool factor, in the way one thinks, “These are repairable, I can keep them forever!” The main issue is they are tight. Very tight. I might want this for doing a 4-hour DJ set (you need tight headphones to isolate and get good tone), but 6 or 8 hours of Zoom calls and my earlobes are really painful. The flippable left-side earpiece is useful – I like to keep one ear clear so I hear less of my own voice. I’m not sure the split headband helps me much; just seems to make the earmuffs even tighter to my ears. My profession involves pro sound and video, so I wanted something that sounds good (and these are good) but I wish I could adjust for comfort.

The battery life after 2 years deteriorates rapidly. The left bud runs for 20 minutes on a full charge while the right bud lasts for 1 hour on full charge. I expect a Dony product to last longer than 2 years. –
I always used to use Sennheiser before trying Pioneer & AIAIAI.I’ve now gone back to Sennheiser because the sound quality and more importantly the build quality is far superior to anything on the market.

Although the cups are a little small in my view, the bass delivery did not disappoint. Good clarify of the mids and highs as well. Certainly value for money.
