Cheaply made, plastic, uncomfortable seat – only made for tall people!
UPDATE: 3/11/18I bought this chair 9/1/18. I had my doubts about it at first, but have raised my initial 3 star rating to a 5 star! Read my last update below for more info, but I am still using the chair to get around the house some of the time although I am beginning to walk a few steps here and there again since my severe injury back in November. I really thought that the wheels were going to give out since they aren’t designed for how I’ve been using the chair, but they are still fine! It’s still very comfortable, and I’ve had no problems with it.If you spend a lot of time in the chair, I’d recommend after a few months going back and tightening the screws that hold the arms to the base and the back. I did that last month and they had loosened a bit from when I first put it together. I’m keeping the allen wrench that came with the chair in my office close at hand so I can keep checking their tightness every couple of months or so. VERY happy with this, so well worth the money!UPDATE: 1/31/18I’ve now had this chair for nearly 5 months. I decided to keep it since I could not find one I liked better, and needed a chair ASAP. I’m significantly more impressed with it now than I was when I first received it! My initial review was three stars, I’ve now increased that to four stars.Over two months ago, I tore a ligament in my foot. Major issues with getting around! I ended up grabbing my office chair here, and using it to sit in, using my good foot to push myself around the house. I’ve been doing this for two months, and it has been so extraordinarily helpful! I am a bit concerned that the wheels might be starting to give out, but then again the amount of wear and tear I’ve put on them in the past two months is significantly more than one would normally rolling office chair around.I have adapted to the shape of the chair, and find it so much more comfortable now than I did at first. I love how soft the back is, I’ve adjusted to the seat being harder and tilted a bit. The padding on the arms is an extra bonus. I would bring this up to five stars if I weren’t so concerned still about how the arms attached to the seat and the back. Still concerned about longevity.————————————-I received this chair yesterday (9/7/17). It was not nearly as easy to put together as the listing makes it seem, it would be much easier with two people. Finally have it together and using it.First off, most of the parts are plastic. Very poor quality. Not sure if I will keep this or send it back at this point. I purchased this because my very old previous desk chair fell apart recently, resulting in a frightening neck injury. The arms are held onto the seat by 2 screws each, and the back is only held onto the arms by another 2 screws on each side. The back does not directly attach to the seat at all. I’m feeling very concerned about it breaking like my old one did (although that one had been used for several years first!).I’m also very disappointed that the seat doesn’t go any lower. I’m a 5’3″ woman with short legs. I can’t come close to touching the floor with my feet, even with this on the lowest setting. Seems ridiculous to me; I know many women who are much shorter than I am! Dangling my feet in the air like a child is not conducive to working at my desk or feeling remotely comfortable.There is also a lack of comfort in this chair. With padded upholstery, I expected to have a bit of a cushy feel in the seat, and it is quite hard. The fabric itself is soft, but you definitely don’t sink down into the seat at all. I also greatly dislike how the front of the seat slopes downward, which is really uncomfortable in any seated position. Makes me feel like I’m going to slide off of the chair, and if it were slick like leather instead of microfiber, I probably would! The seat is also not as large as I expected it to be based on the measurements given; plenty large enough for sitting regularly with feet on the floor (which I can’t do with this), but I’d wanted to be able to sit in it cross legged and it’s definitely not wide enough for that.One more note: you cannot tilt back at all in this chair as most office chairs do. You can only sit up straight and swivel.About the only two positive things I can think of about this chair are that the fabric is super soft, I love that the arms are padded – the arms on my old chair were wood over metal and were very hard and uncomfortable.

This is THE perfect office chair. Executive meets stylish, gorgeous lines, design, excellent comfort, quality, MY Ultimate Dream Chair come true.I had two cervical surgeries a year ago, so recovering from spinal fusion is a loooongg process. This provides abundant support, and is comfortable, sturdy, and wheels glide effortlessly where you want the chair to roll. It is a beautiful color, and makes any office area Pop.No assembly, no issues, the arms are upholstered, too, and must say, I feel so good in this cozy chair. BTW I like reviews when the purchaser includes details about their height, weight, size for furniture pieces as there is, in my opinion, no OSFA (one size fits all) in executive office chairs. I spend hours a day in mine so I need to be completely comfortable all day long, day in, day out. This Serta? I believe the Serta Fairies took my measurements in my sleep, and custom designed this wonderful piece especially for me. I am a tall female, fit, 5’9″, legs for days, with long arms and the armrests are essential for me.I am in my 40’s but an accident left me with severe, debilitating neck, lower back & thoracic injuries. I could not find an office chair that looked this good, that “fit” me. Then there is the comfort factor. This is THE best investment and I had a $900 chair that was inferior to this gem. I got rid of that one and this is perfect. This is really soothing my neck surgery residuals. For anyone with spinal problems, health issues, this may be helpful to you. My friend stayed here two weeks, said it helped calm her carpal tunnel syndrome nerve pain. She recovered from her left hand carpal tunnel surgery, and will be having her right hand surgery soon.The price is really low for the features, support, design, quality and am delighted after a long, frustrating year of trying out exec chairs, I found my perfect fit. I have it paired w my Hooker Grandover enormous two piece home office desk and my Serta is stunning accent at “Command Central”.Hope you find some helpful information in my review. Best!

I’d like to start by sharing that I have low back problems from years of long office hours and poor posture and crappy chairs. After investing in a new desk, I decided t was time for a new chair as well. This chair is really great, truly. PROS: It offers great back support, for your whole back. It’s very comfortable and hugging on your low back as well. The heigh is adjustable. The fabric is very soft and cozy. It’s very easy to assemble and you can absolutely do it alone. The color looks exactly as promised, buy it with confidence. CONS:The arms are high And not adjustable. It is worth clarifying that they are at the proper height for my arms BUT just a tad too high to roll unde my desk, but seriously, no biggie.Side note: during the asembly, I took the whole box apart and started putting it together step by step. No issues. When I was on the last step of putting the last screws of the arms to the back of the chair, I realized I was missing one screw. I didn’t lose it, I promise. I looked everywhere and truly, one was simply missing. I contacted Amazon to ask for an additional screw but the policy is to return the entire chair (at no cost to me) and have a whole new chair sent to me again. This seemed very silly to me and a waste of time and effort to pull it apart, schedule a UPS pick up and wait for a new one. Instead I declined the exchange offer, went to homedepot and bought an identical screw and simply finished it the same day, no biggie. Silly policy to me, crazy cost for Amazon but what do I know.So learn from my mistakes and make sure that you have all the pieces before putting it together but you will likely have it. This chair is great, and truly worth it, specially for the price.

Two years past since purchasing two of these chairs & i’m still pleased. They’ve worn well, not lost any comfort & the material is holding up superbly to regular daily use (& a cat who’s adopted one of the chairs as his own). They’re nice enough to pass well in a home office environment.Only complaint was the Amazon driver who delivered them literally dumped both boxes in the snow on the side of the road half a kilometer away from my driveway; complaining to Amazon about this achieved absolutely no resolution whatsoever.

Si planeas comprar una silla para trabajar, jugar etc esta silla no de va a desepcionar.La silla es sumamente comoda, muy fácil de armar y sumamente elegante. Los materiales son de muy buena calidad, sobre todo el forro de la silla, que a diferencia de muchas otras en el mercado es de una especie de tela acolchonada que la hace muy cómoda y fresca.Pros:*Buen precio: a pesar de ser importada, el precio a comparación de otros proveedores de sillas nacionales y tomando en cuenta la calidad, la silla tiene un muy buen precio*Comodidad y Elegancia: Su forro es muy cómodo, sobre todo comparándolo con otras sillas de piel o piel sintética, las cuales en lugares calientes llegan a ser demasiado calientes, está no te va dejar sudando después de un buen rato. También es reclinable.Cons:*El color puede ser un problema si te gusta combinar tu oficina o cuarto con esta silla ya que no es un color tan común, (veish/blanco)*Si planeas usarla para ver pelÃculas tampoco es tan recomendable ya que no podrás recargar tu cabeza, sobre todo si eres muy alto.

It’s a comfortable chair. Nothing bad to say about it. My last chair had plastic arms so having these comfortable, padded arms is quite nice. I can also vouch that Serta makes comfortable chairs for sleeping as I have fallen asleep in it and woken up without any pain caused by the chair. This is also nice compared to my last chair! I bought it through Warehouse Deals so the price was right as well.
