Amazing mattress!
This mattress is amazing. You can trust serta. Previous to this one I had a serta perfect sleeper mattress which was used for over 10 years. It became too soft but it lasted a long time. Now this one gives me the support my back needs. I was worried the plush mattress would be too soft and not offer support but it is perfect. If you lay flat on it it gives great support and is not hard. I sleep great now. If you want a mattress that isn’t too firm but offers support, this is a great choice. It does have a light smell, just like any new mattress would, but once you put sheets on it you can’t smell it. And I’m sure the smell eventually goes away.

Very comfortable especially considering it comes in a box. One of the best I have owned. However it is definitely not 10 inches, Iâm not even sure it is fully 8 inches. Donât like paying for a 10 inch when is isnât but overall very satisfied.

Nice, but possible size issues.
First impressions, we opened this mattress about an hour ago. It seems well made. We typically like and seek to buy Serta. It did start expanding immediately after opening. So far, after about an hour, it has expanded to about 5.5″ (we purchased an 8″). I believe it will fluff a bit more, but not sure if it’ll make the full 8″. Here’s the real downer though; a twin mattress is supposed to be around 75″ in length. This mattress measures at about 71.5″ leaving quite a lot of gap at the top and bottom. I do not believe that the length is going to fill out. This is very disappointing in regard to the overall fit. I checked the twin xl and the price is around $100 more (supposed to be 80″). The conundrum is, would a Serta twin xl be less than the stated length and therefore fit, or will it be true to size, and be too long?

We set the mattress up according to instructions. It was smaller than advertised, about 2 inches narrower. It did not expand to 12 inches, it is closer to 8 inches. Even after weeks, it has a huge hump in the middle. Returning it for something different.

I had a great nap on the new mattress. I’m very satisfied with this mattress.
This new mattress fits very well on our new daybed. I have used it several times and had a great nap. I feel it is awesome for the money. And the firmness was just right. I am very satisfied with this mattress. We will be getting another mattress for the trundle.
