So far it works great!
I purchased this item for home use, because we received one for the office at work and I really like it. I use it several times during the week. I follow the directions and it froths milk very well. I have had no issues with temperature on either one. The espresso comes out great.

It’s so easy to use even for someone new to making espresso at home. The touchscreen controls are intuitive and make pulling shots a breeze. Cleanup is also super simple, which is a huge plus. I’ve had this machine now for about 6 weeks and I’m crazy about how wonderful it is.I’ve owned several espresso machines through the years and so far this is my favorite.It truly makes a perfect cup of espresso every time with a lovely foam on top.I’m not a big cappuccino fan so I don’t use the steaming arm too often but did a couple of times with this machine just to check it out. The one itself work perfectly and made a gorgeous foam and with a little sweetener made for one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had.I know this sounds like hype but I really do mean every word. This one is my favorite of them all.

Good but not great. Not hot enough.
Easy to set up. Look nice. Easy to get your espresso made. A little confusing on the buttons, cannot get the coffee hot. I put the level of heat on- but coffees is cold. I try to warm it up before making the cup of espresso but it comes out lukewarm. I will be returning. I have made hot coffee after running water through multiple times. I donât want to waste time and water. Sad about retuning. Great price!! Added a little cinnamon and a half teaspoon of coconut milk. Took a sip it was sooo coldâ¦

Great deal and easy to use
I love this machine… It does everything just as described. and if you have questions how to use it I highly recommend You Tube, there are lots of videos to help the newbie like myself… I’ll probably never use the pro barista knowledge but I listened to them all and felt total confidence to dive in and make an amazing espresso and Cuban coffee. Once set up, it’s super easy to use and clean!!! It was missing the single serve filter cup but I kept it anyway, I’ll never want anything less than a double anyway! lol Use the cup warmer on the top of the machine, it makes a dif if you like it really hot. It’s a great buy for the price!! The only trouble I’m having is tamping down the grounds just right so the water flows through the grounds completely, there are videos on you tube just about this subject alone so I don’t feel bad, I’ll get the feel of it soon.

Broke entirely after one use
I received this espresso machine on the 8/5/2025 and I spent over $100 dollars on the machine, a milk frother cup, and the espresso. However, I was only able to make one coffee on the machine before it entirely broke. After the first coffee, it refused to make any espresso and when I attempted to steam any milk it would explode it all over the place and make a huge mess. At first I thought that I had put too much milk in the milk frother cup, so I again tried to use it with the cup with only about an inch of milk in the cup. Again, the frother exploded the milk and spilt it all over the place and made another big mess. Then, I figured that perhaps the machine was too overheated. So, I waited until the next day and the exact same thing happened. I then tried once more later that day and the result was still the same.Most recently, the machine is entirely refusing to make any espresso or to steam any milk at all.I’ve tried “refilling the tank all the way”, as the instructions suggested, but it still wouldn’t work at all. I also attempted to “reposition” the water tank as they said to, and again, it still does not work. I’ve also wiped down the machine multiple times, but no progress has been made.The concept was very coolio, but it definetly needs more work for it to actually function and not break after one use.

My first expresso maker, I looked for a while 89.00 on sale I’ll give it a try. First few expresso s not to good, my fault here and there a learning experience. Doing great now making tasty expresso cappuccino mocha . Machine runs great froth up the milk, temp. Expresso nice and hot. Gotta see how long it lasts ,made like 25 Expresso so far. I’ll update
