Nice for the price!
NICE FOR THE PRICE! It is cute and fits very nicely on our narrow back porch. Itâs a little smaller and lower to the ground than I thought it would be, but it is comfortable. It comes with little plastic clips that hook the bottoms together. The back cushions move around a bit and I think I might purchase some velcro to help with that. It did come in with a warped piece, but Amazon quickly replaced the piece. Putting it together took me about 2-3 hours.

Lovely set
I loved it, is a really nice set, is comfortable, the navy color is amazing, and I love that it has different ways of set up because of the modular system. A little difficult to assemble because of the tools given, but the screws seems that are strong and will last a while.

Not recommended.
After carefully considering many options, I chose this couch because of it’s advertised 4-inch thick cushions, 6 in longer in full length, and 5 in longer with a chaise configuration compared to similar sets. After spending 3 hours (with two people) to put it together, I discovered it is not longer than the other couches but the same size. The cushions are not 4 inches thick, they are barely three inches thick. The quality is okay for the price. As stated in the description, the back cushions are very low and continuously slip down onto the seat cushions. I do not recommend this product.After 3 delivery date changes the item was not delivered to the area in my instructions.

Easy assembly and cleaning
Was easy to assemble and the cushions look new even after a year out. Easy to clean and fit our backyard seating well. Will have to look for some rain proof covers rather than hauling all the cushions inside

Great value for the set
This is a very comfy set that you can arrange in different styles. It was easy to put together and I like the thickness of the seats. Only downfall is how low it sits, not great for long legged folks, but looks stylish on the deck.

Nice set, no customer service.
The description says this set comes in 2 boxes. After receiving one box, I contacted customer service for an update on the second box. There was no info, so they did an exchange. They picked up the first box and again delivered one box. After waiting a week and receiving no information on the second box, I decided to open it to see what was missing. Turns out, everything was in one box. The set is nice, especially for the price, but the stitching on one of the cushion covers was coming apart, so I contacted customer service. They sent me a link to upload pictures, which I did. A couple weeks passed and I never heard back, so I contacted customer service again. They claim they can’t replace the defective cover, but they offered me 25.00. When I objected to that solution, and asked why they would ask me for photos if they couldn’t help me, the agent left the chat and another agent took over. After looking at the conversation I had with the previous agent, the second person explained there was nothing he could do because the return window had passed. He suggested I contact the seller. I clicked on the sellers link, which led me to Subzero customer service?? I tried to find the website on Google but that led me back to the product page on Amazon. I give up! I still have no resolution and I’m out of options. I recommend the set, but if you need assistance, there is no seller customer service.

Durability of patio set
This patio set is very durable! I have had it outside on my back patio for all of spring and fall! Itâs very easy to wash and the material of the seats dries up pretty fast. Itâs durable, but also light weight and easy to rearrange.

Sits a little low but can be risen
This couch is great for the price. Putting together was ok.Some tight spots to put screws in but doable. Couch sits pretty low so we purchased risers to make it a bit higher. I used outdoor double sided tape to put the risers on. Fabric is not canvas but more of a polyester shiny slippery fabric. I coated with Scotchquard weather protect and water beads right off. I bought the bundle which came with the Scotchquard and a cover. The cover is huge but can put other stuff under it and water beads right off of it. Happy with the purchase.
