Fantastic Customer Service and machines
I rarely write product reviews but I need to do one on Inoviva Slushy Machines. We received an Inoviva Slushy Machine for our 31st anniversary. When my wife and I set it up as advised, it did not work. It would run but did not get cold. I contacted the customer service email and promptly received a response from Daisy at Inoviva. She helped us diagnose the problem and concluded that the machine was faulty and needed to be replaced. We provided her with our address and we received a replacement machine within 4 days! The new machine works great. We had frozen margaritas ready in 20 minutes! We highly recommend Inoviva Slushy Machines and the companyâs superb customer service.

Love it!
This was a big hit at my daughter’s 7th birthday! All the kids loved it.When I was first deciding I almost bought the Ninja SLUSHI but felt that was too expensive. Looked and researched a bunch of different slushie machines until I found this one. It was still in the $200+ range but I saved over $100.It seemed fast to turn into slush. It says it should take 15 min, it only took 10. We only tried it on 3 and 4 for thickness levels. 4 is perfect and consistency is like an ICEE or slurpie, but if you leave it in too long the slush gets too frozen and harder to dispense. 3 is a good recommendation for a slushie. The recipe suggestions helped.Very easy to clean.Cons:1. There is a max line for a reason lol. The only time I noticed it took a while was whenever I filled it pass the max line. I wouldn’t suggest filling it all the way full but you can fill it pass the max line. Just takes a little longer.2. Didnât like making slushie with soda. By the time it was ready the soda slush was semi flat.We haven’t had a chance to try out all the functions yet so I can’t do a full review.

Super easy and a perfect slushy
I just got it today but it was great. Used smoothie mix ,strawberry daiquiri flavor and it was so thick and just perfect. Found so many recipes on their facebook page and canât wait to try some of them. It took maybe 30 minutes to make and I let it keep running for a few hours until we emptied it. And so easy to clean. I highly recommend so far.

This machine struggles to make a slushie. It sweats so bad that it looses more cool than it can keep up with. Unfortunately we didnât try the machine until the return window was closed. I rarely write negative reviews but this machine is horrible! Wish I had spent a little more and bought the Niinja

This is fairly slow to work, but to be fair they do claim it takes 15 to 45 minutes. It is not too hard to clean but some of the edges are a bit of a pain. I do wish it was a little bigger as I feel like there it too much for one person in it but not enough to host friends over with. So if the size was a bit bigger that would be nice. It is fairly pricey, but similar ones at local stores are in the same price range so I feel like that isn’t bad. I have tried some of the recipes it comes with, and they are not bad, and they usually turn out pretty good texture wise. Overall I do like this product, it does what it says it will do, simple to clean, a decent size (even if it could be bigger), and doesn’t appear to be overpriced.

Awesome! Makes the best Margaritas. I bought some slush puppy mix and they are the real deal. Unbelievable price too! Highly recommend that you buy one!!
