How to adjust the thermostat?
To ensure the heater keep blows hot air, please set the thermostat to MAX. If between MIN and MAX, it will initially blow hot air, then switch to cool air once the surrounding temp reaches your set level, resuming hot air when the temp drops again.
Why is the fan still running after turning off the heater?
When the heater is turned off, our fan is still running because the heater is dissipating heat inside. It will automatically turn off after 1-2 minutes of cooling. Please don’t worry.
Why does it write “ Do not cover” at the top?
Because the heater emits hot air during use, for safety reasons, we recommend not covering the heater with cotton fabric while it is in operation to prevent the heater from overheating.
Is it a noisy heater?
Everyone’s sensitivity to sound is different. The noise level of our heater is 45 dB . A suitable living environment should not exceed 55 dB and should not fall below 15 dB.
How to open the cold air function?
Turn the thermostat on the back of the heater to “MIN” and the heater will continue to blow cold air.

TLDR: If you are looking for a cute, cozy heater with some power then this is the heater for you. Full stop.My experience with this heater is a little different from others here in that it didn’t start off the best. When the heater arrived it was broken. Unfortunate, but it was. I decided to reach out to their customer support instead of Amazon and then proceeded to get what is hands down THE BEST customer service I have had in my entire life. I’m genuinely not exaggerating. The support staff for this product would send email updates with the responsiveness of a text message. They were exceptionally accommodating and really did want to correct any issues I had. They kept me updated at every stage of the delivery, provided information with NO hesitation, and they had a sense of URGENCY.”Okay so, their customer service is great, but you still got a broken product…”Fair point. However, this is a relatively new product, and I was willing to give this company and their product a chance because, quite frankly, this is the only brand I’ve found that offered the size, look, and functionality that I wanted specifically. Then the replacement arrived (thanks to the stellar support team), and was the product itself good enough to make me forget the bumpy start? I initially wanted to get a big faux fireplace heater to put against my wall, but I donât have much space in my studio apartment. So I opted for a small heater that can still give me that cozy fire ambiance. This is the perfect little heater for space saving, and it warmed up my room fairly quick. Iâm anemic, so I get cold easy. I needed something quick because my thermostat has been acting wonky, and until I can get it fixed, this alone keeps me nice and toasty. Havenât even put it on max heat yet. Packs a punch! I also love that you can edit how you want it. If you just want the fire on, or the heat, or both. I do wish it was a little bigger and taller, but itâs so cute and did just what I needed it to do. Not very loud either, I just donât know what that weird click sound is so I offed a star cause it can get a little annoying if everything else is silent, but all in all itâs great.

Technically works, but not the way you want
The best use for this product is as a neat, low-light lamp. Why? Because if you’re using the heating function, the fan NEVER stops blowing, so once it’s reached the mystery temperature you select on the dial (rear), the fan continues to blow instead of shutting off so now you’re being blasted with cold air, which is quite the opposite of what is desired from a heater.Mine also came “broken”, kind of. The strap across the top was only connected by one side and the little metal thing that’s supposed to hold it in place on the broken side is inside the heater so now it just rattles around.Why did I wait a month to review? I frequently don’t rate products, but it’s just annoying me so much that I have to constantly turn this thing off and on again to heat my office but not blow cold air around ðBut my husband threw the packaging away immediately so I can’t return it. I figured I’d just warn the rest of you to look elsewhere, unless of course you *enjoy* having alternating hot and cold air blown on you with no warning when the temperature will switch.

This heater is so cute and cozy. I first bought one for my office, which is very small (12×12 feet). I liked it so much that I bought one for my house. We have a medium size living room (approx 16×18 feet) with a 15 foot ceiling and this little guy keeps us toasty even in the large room. Thereâs a setting on the back for temperature control, and I use the minimum setting for the small room & the max for the large one. Even the fake fire looks good and creates a cozy sensation.

Unboxed carefully and still, on this replacement the handle rivet is detached. Don’t believe the photos. But it does heat. I just don’t think the price is appropriate for the quality
